i have been trying to contact the debit card company but no one has been answering the phone.
There are still paper checks. I haven't withdrawn yet, but that's how I'm going to do it. I'm happy waiting a little longer for my one free check a month if it avoids the debit card fees.

This may have something to do with it i hope not. I have a cash out in limbo from last week. ACR sent me a email friday and said said it should hit my card in a couple of days. Waste of time calling debit card company. I had to bug ACR all week one support person told me I have to contact debit card company.

Final result was ACR asked me to take a screen shot of my debit account did that and got email back next day about the couple of days. Well looks like cross fingers abd hope.

i dont even have the option of paper checks on mine. i have been calling them though and they sent something over to the security department and said it should be back up soon and if there is a problem they will let me know. i will update and let u know how it goes.

Yeah, I had to do same thing and send in screenshots to the cashouts department. It's been 8 business days that I've been waiting for my debit card payout. It's been very frustrating. Support told me to contact debit card company myself as well and this was completely useless. Not to mention it shouldn't be my job to track down the money. Hopefully, it goes through in next few days.

Hey Guys,

I have always been a fan of ACR. Especially their cashouts have been processed fairly quick. I got some good action. I even liked the software.

Today this doesnt mean much anymore. I cannot recommend playing on that site anymore.
My account was suspended!
While I was sitting at 3 Heads Up tables from 100NL and 200NL waiting for action (like always in the past 2 yrs) my tables were suddenly shut down and I couldnt login anymore.
Here is what happened:
By a new policy players are not longer allowed to play on more than 1 table per stake, so 1 on 100NL and 1 on 200NL. No not just playing is now a violation against T&C, just sitting at more than 1 table will lead to a minimum 24 hrs suspense.

I honestly believe this is the most player unfriendly decison acr mangement has ever made.
They dont care about the rake, they dont care about what the players want, they seem to not even care about traffic.

I am very disappointed that no announcement was made before the new rule was in place, at least to the regulars at the heads up tables there should have been given some information.

would be interesting to see If a negative developing will begin from here.

ACR, you have been such a nice new home, after FUll Tilt was gone. What happened??

What difference does it make. You sit at table and wait for someone to join and if someone does join you can open another table to multitable with that player or wait for someone else. How does sitting at 3 empty 100nl tables help your volume?

I like this as I am tired of my lobby being filled with 15 hu tables with only one person sitting, then looking and seeing that its only 2 or 3 players.

I am not gunther1962, but I guess gunther is not happy that you give the dirt on him. A bunch of players were suspended today. what do you accomplish by doing that? there are tables for everyone!
as poker players, shouldnt we stand unite and defend our interests against the pokerroom?

this makes me puke.

If I make a first deposit on Saturday right after Saturday's freeroll already started, do I get entered into the next week's freeroll?

Yes iirc the cutoff deposit date for each freeroll is a day before the freeroll actually starts. So even if you deposit on Saturday before the freeroll, you'll be in the one 7 days from then.

Basically, it seems as though the debit card payout requests are getting "processed" within a day. However, ACR no longer sends notification emails to let you know that your payout has been approved. They send an email saying that they received your request, but you never know when it's actually been approved, but they told me that my last 3 requests were sent to processor a day after my request. Once ACR sends the request, they seem to want no part in making sure they money is loaded onto your card. Once again, they send no notification email to let you know that your funds are in your account. You need to log in to your debit card account every day to see when it might be there.

I think ACR should take full responsibility to make sure payout reaches your account. It seems absurd I should have to send screenshots to debit card provider. It's their card--WTF?? They don't know what's on the card? I have to prove what's in the account? This is ridiculous. Finally, after multiple email attempts over the course of 3 days, ACR's cashout dept. responded to my email, so hopefully this is resolved. Second time I've gone through this same process. Hopefully, this whole process gets cleaned up.

Maybe ACR Rep can help with this.

ACR Rep ~

Could you comment on what is going on with the debit cards recently? About members being told they have to contact the debit card company themselves and not getting any response etc etc? Thank you.

Yep but what about cash outs! did you see post about people waiting from july30
me aug7. Now wait til you get the card and try to activate it. I go to activate it it was showing zero balance took me three days calling ACR to find what the problem was and then all the sudden it showed up.
Sad thing is I grind every day but I don't feel like playing because of this issue.

I requested my last cashout to debit card on August 14th and funds were loaded to my card the next day. I must have gotten lucky somehow. I guess I'll be using checks until ACR rep lets us know what is going on or you guys get your funds credited. Please keep us updated.

a lady at ACR told me that the problem with people taking a while to get their money was a problem with their expiration date on their card.
