Casino was pretty much down completely for a few hours for all bookmaker.eu/justbet/WPN sites and sometimes just lagging really hard, I would guess it might work if you try again when the casino is up but if it still doesn't work you might have to contact support.

I assume their poker and casino stuff must be on different servers since poker games were still running when the casino was barely responding.

Is ACR still up n running or just having problems. Tried to open site, got a message error, have to re install. Won't install, errors. Phone number for contact is not working, whole site is a mess. Can't even get an email addy for them. ?????

Seems like Beast points were off for everyone but loyalty points were correct because I didn't see a change there but woke up with 2k extra beast ponits.

The last day of june didnt calculate/add Rank Points. and i didnt play the 4 days prior to that. Seemed to be working after 7/1.... Since i only played 1200 hands on June 30th i didnt spend the effort to email.

Click to go to the leaderboard page in the browser. Anywhere in the main part of the oage, crtl+F. Then a search bar will open up too, type in your player name and there you go
