Wow... I haven't been on ACR for 2 days and they changed their sngs up. I have recently been trying to fire up the 6max hypers at all stakes up to $20. Now I only see $3s and $50s. I don't play the DoN SNGs,but I see they are all 12pl and 20pl games now. Soooo confused.

What's the avg. time frame for cashing out by check, debit cards and WU?

Debit card cashouts from this site are the nuts. Processing takes around 24 hours, and after processed the money is on my card within 3 business days. Definitely worth the moderate fees imo.

I've only requested one check and I remember it taking quite a while, maybe 2-3 weeks. Went debit card after that.

$4.95 monthly plus standard ATM fees every time you withdraw cash. You can also swipe the card as a debit card obviously, but there are some fees involved with that as well so I just get the $500 max cash withdraw each time to minimize fees.

Where are all of the hypers now... all of the hyper HUSnGs are gone? What the hell is going on... this is getting very frustrating.

Generally yes, but I have had experiences where the drop down menu, even when properly adjusted, still shows the wrong amount of places paid.

I have never seen it once, please screenshot one for us next time you get it. Again, it is silly to have to do it manually. But when these guys bought the poker room and software, they got what was given to them. Probably pretty hard and expensive to re-program everything, especially given a lot of crappy poker software that is out there.

Hopefully as time goes on things will improve for the better

Same issue. My account just suddenly dropped to $0. I was told "we are having some small technical difficulties so we will be back up in about 40min-an hour or so".

Did you try registering for something? At one point it had me with $500 more than was in my account, and a ton of Combat Points. But I did not try to hit the register button cause I knew it was not the right balance

Yes, I never hit the register confirmation button though cause it was showing a different balance every time I hit register. It did get my correct balance once or twice.

Sadly, my proper balance and points are back up...

Some of these things seem pretty easy to fix though. Is it really that hard to have pot-size-based buttons instead of useless 2x-5x buttons? Is it that hard to put in a small script that computes total prizes and payouts in real time? Is it that hard to wait until there's a full table of moved players before dealing cards, instead of dealing hands heads up for 4 or 5 hands while the table populates?

I really love the cash games on the site and I have only minor complaints. They are great. The tourneys are all screwed up though and for that reason I rarely play them. This doesn't seem like an "inherited bad software" issue. These are small problems that could be easily fixed.

Signup bonus clears at 14.6% right?

Yes you can, but the released bonus is deducted from your gross rake, which is quite common.
