the states listed there are states that have some restrictions. florida doesn't have restrictions. you can play on any of the usa-facing sites listed in that post.

Thank you the help. It is much appreciated. It's been awhile and I'm trying to get back in it. Since black friday I took a break from online.

Thinking about getting Holdem Indicator as an HUD for BetOnline (Chico). I heard it's the only available one. Thoughts?

Also what is "rakeback"?

What deposit methods are working for you guys. I'm thinking either bovada or bet online. Any recommendations?

It is the only available HUD.

Rakeback is a discount on the rake essentially. BetOnline does not offer nor allow it.

All the deposit methods listed in the respective cashiers of both Bovada and BOL work. If they didn't they would remove them...

Try Netspend or GDMP.

Btw, how's the traffic on Ambassador Caffery these days? Still horrid?

I havent played much poker other than 1 site recently in the since black friday and I'm a Delaware resident so have access to Delawares online site but it's rather small. It seems I'm not allowed to play on certain sites so I was wondering if anyone knows or has has a link to a place that can tell me which sites I can play on and can't. Like apparently I'm not allowed to make an account on Bovada although I had an account on there years ago on the original Bogdog site so I don't even know if that account would still be in their database.

Any help would be awesome, and thanks in advance!

The first page of this thread has a list of sites that can be played in each state. Even if you had a valid Bovada account, you wouldn't be able to deposit any money on it. So I'm afraid you'll probably have to give up on Bovada.

Yes...Delaware is like the worst state you could possibly live in for online poker now. Proof that regulation = death in the current market.

You can play on BetOnline or Intertops and they won't care which state you're from.

On the off chance that you haven't checked Delaware's online site in the past week or so, they linked up with Nevada so it's a lot better relative to what it was. That's probably not saying a lot, but just a thought

If this actually does happen...since we hear about this every three months and it never comes to fruition...what does it really mean? Will it be a Pokerstars NJ network that's player pool is still isolated to nothing but other NJ players? Or will this give NJ players access to the full ROW Pokerstars player pool once again?

It will be NJ only unless something changes over the next few months.

Ya but usually when I ask this question I get contacted by site reps themselves. Like just a year ago or 2 ago I asked when my state was less restricted and got lots of pms. LOL not 1 today, guess regulation means monopoly for the time being.

Probably a lack of money considering that's the only reason a company wouldn't pay it's debts.

Yeah it ***** sucks man.tomorrow is the last day for the week for checls to be processed. If checks dont get processed tomorrow, then im going to start getting rlly rlly fristrated. Im 80% frustrated. And it doesnt help that spewtards (nnot gonna name names) come in here to just utter garbarge and not try to find a solution. But the only silver lining is that checks have been processed. Not a lot, but a few. Hopefully a big batch goes out tomorow. 😢😢😢 this rlly is ridiculous right now unfortunatelyl

Solution: Accept the fact that Merge employees are rolling around in glee in a pool full of your money right now and then go open up an account on WPN. You'll get a sick deposit bonus.

Do I genuinely think people will get paid? Eventually, yes. Do I think new players should be depositing additional money onto Merge? No. Absolutely not.
