Do you still get it with the latest release if you download it from the website?

Tried it (once again). Now back to the old bug when you press login and the button appears clicked and nothing else happens.

New sound very annoying. Please change it back.

exactly!!!

make on/off button or green dot on table like show balance on cashier

also please add a volume control - even 3 positions.
There is for example no possibility to listen music during playing because alerts screaming in your face.

Are these two graphs still accurate or has anything changed in 2017?

So an update, I have never been contacted by unibet, but today the money appeared in my account. I contacted support and they told me that that the bank rejected my transfer. The bank tells me that they have zero record of any transactions ( I have asked 3 times for proof that they sent the money and they told me they would, it was never sent). So I try to withdraw with the only other method available to me, and guess what, it wont work either. SO I stay on chat with a nice woman? name krista for a couple hours and we get nothing sorted and am told to check in when their payment team is in. I ask for a cheque or bitcoin and am told neither is an option.

Day 12 and right back to square 1.
Total hours invested 7 and counting
As of now have zero options to get paid............. even though deposited around 10 times with no issue.

Who is your bank? CIBC by any chance?

In case you did not know, Canadian banks have been cracking down on the online gambling, so there has been some changes over the past couple of years ; while you can still deposit with a debit card, you cannot withdraw on it anymore. And this is not just a Unibet thing : my withdrawal was suddenly refused on 888 to my visa-debit card in 2016, without any prior warning from my bank (I am sure there was though, perhaps somewhere in the TOS...). Anyhow, as a Canadian, you must now do some wire withdrawals, which costs vary depending on the banks (35$ with TD, a bit cheaper with CIBC), but such is banking in 2017 in Canada (phone your bank for more details).

Had same issue.

Unibet, it's time to give us the option of withdrawing by cheque/check.

Yes used my CIBC visa to deposit, and this was the 1st method they tried to send, this is when my money became "lost" for about 8 days. Then when I tried to do a wire through my BMO account I called my bank to get the swift and IBN #s and their automated system wouldn't accept them. Why not offer P2P transfers, Bitcoin, cheque, an intermediate like Instadebit, click to pay or anything. But as of now I have no way to withdraw and im waiting 13 days with not so much as a sorry and seems zero interest on their part to figure something out.

Wire it to CIBC. Phone your bank to get all your info, but you can google/ duckduckgo all the info, as a wire from Europe requires different info.

Not that I necessarily want to take Unibet's side on this, but as Canadian online gambler's, this is happening across all sites : you can deposit with your visa-debit card (because your bank permits it), but cannot withdraw back to it (because your bank does not permit it). Once you have found the right info for your wire, the data will be registered and a withdrawal will be 1 click away.

GL (or pm me if you cannot find the right info on google).

I thought you could use Visa for withdraws, but not mastercard? If you're really desperate you can use Entropay but their fees are high af. It would be nice if they added Idebit for Canadians.

Wire transfers are fine if you transfer a significant amount of money (like 5k+), but become a nuisance for smaller amounts, of course... The better option would be to offer cheques indeed, as mentioned by restorativejustice.

Thank you, you have been 100X more helpful then unibet support, but I don't have a CIBC account just their visa ( refuse to pay fees on 2 bank accounts and use BMO for my primary banking)

Open an account in unibet community. They have a help and support section. The community managers take direct ownership of any issues initially to look into them and give you concrete answers / move things forward. It's the best support channel on Unibet.

David does this thread now. But he would advise you to join the unibet community and post in the dedicated ticket exchange thread. They can sometimes revive tickets in circumstances like this.

Honestly sick of dealing with this, tonight I was told to contact support when the cashout team was on, so when I asked to speak to speak to the department, I was told it was impossible. I did not want to rehash my story for the 4th time to support who have already exhausted what they can do. Anyway they told me to find a bank statement to send them because perhaps the 3 times I called my bank and they told me the IBAN and Swift codes all 3 operaters must be wrong and not their system???

Anyway I told him to just send me a cheque and close my account, then told this is not gonna happen. Im 8 hours into this of my own time. they have not once done anything I asked in order to help me like send proof that they even sent the money in the first place, while I waited 6 days for them to put it back into my account.

I have been playing poker for 12 years online, have made numerous swaps in the high stake forum, owned a stable of horses since 2010 staking out in excess of a million dollars and have a long reputation in the poker community. I no longer play poker seriously and am not even good but I enjoy gambling and like to make small deposits and try to run them up for fun. I am exactly the player they want I have disposable income and like to degen once and a while. Instead of being proactive in this case, they have adopted the they wait and see attitude. I am religated to explaining my story over and over again with no results.

I should not have to chase my money.

onto day 14 with zero results
