After the update the software seems worser than before, unable to play, disconnecting 3 times in 15m.

For me it’s better than before. Before I had to start and pause a YouTube video – I’m not kidding – in the background so the client wouldn’t lag. After the update the software runs smoothly without this weird workaround. I also like the design changes and the fact that I didn’t experience a single crash in 3 or 4 hours of playing.

i made the mistake of trying the updated software: nl400, i 4bet KK, then software times me out just long enough to fold my hand vs shove. My connection seemed fine judging by other programs that were running, and of course there's no disconnect protection/timebank(or only way too short). Is there a community forum section where I can request some kind of refund? or contact support?

Played a short session on the new version yesterday. The design now looks a lot better, and the table looks already a lot calmer. Also table tiling indeed works better for me. I did have a table freeze though, when I had card animations on. It still is very heavy for my laptop and the processor reaches 99% pretty often, but ofcourse that fix wasnt in this release.

Force update is now on for 2.07. Patch notes:

• Fixed freeze when topping up in cashgames
• Fixed internet connection error showed incorrectly
• Fixed raise button sometimes not working in mtt/sng
• Fixed fractional chips not being included in mtt/sng all-in bets
• Fixed dealer button positions

• DX10 support
• Action texts are moved to player plates
• Removed color coding from bet amounts
• Tiling fix to take advantage of full width of the screen

It should be that there're fewer crashes now, so if you do get one, please post your dxdiag front page and display tab (Win Key + R, dxdiag). This will help us track down crashes. We can't use old reports for this because of the improvements that now exist.

Please also let me know if there are any new bugs that weren't there in 2.05/6.

Crash improvement: minimise lobby, turn animations off, and it probably helps to have as few other programs running as possible.

Yeh, that's the plan. We already bring about half our players from other products, but there's definitely more that can be done there. One of the problems is that we're not on the global Unibet bonus tool, so e.g. the first time deposit offer from the site doesn't work in poker. That's something we're working on.

This is hard to design for all the different sizes the client can be. I agree that it could use some improvement if we can find it though.

This is because Win10 lets you maximise windows that aren't designed to do that. Normally if you increase the lobby size, it keeps the original 16:9 aspect ratio. Win10 forces the aspect ratio to change if your machine uses a different one, and this breaks parts of the design.

This is almost certainly due to you timing out. It's possible that this is due to CPU lag. Could you open task manager while this is happening please, go to details, then see how much CPU usage the client is using for you?

I hope this will be resolved today. At the moment, almost all players from AL, BG, CO, HR, CZ, DE, MD, RO, RS & SK don't have access, but all who have played a certain amount of poker will be added. It should also include anyone who has made an ewallet deposit or withdrawl in those countries. There're going to be a few exceptions where the fraud flagging system says someone is too risky, but it shouldn't affect too many.

I think there should be no gap between top left and top right, and there should be no overlap. It should either overlap and fill all the horizontal space, or (I think ideally) not overlap and leave horizontal space. If someone prefers the former, it's still doable by telling it to use the current table size.

It doesn't get past the loading screen? How long did you leave it? The first time might take a minute or so for some people, it has to load remote assets.

It doesn't use mouse movements etc to generate the random noise (like PS did for a while, a long time ago), if that's what you mean?

I think that CPU load spikes are probably behind most disconnections and most crashes, so I'm putting that at the top of the prioritisation list.

I believe there might be a problem with this. I had a betting freeroll ticket which I wanted to use on Monday, but when I clicked the ticket there wasnt a tournament I could select to play. When I typed ''bet'' in the search bar of the tournament lobby, I could find the tournament and play it though.

I think this is a Windows 10 problem and not a client problem. The PS client does the same thing where there is a forced gap between the tables and they don't tile flush up against each other.

It looked like the best maximising of space based on the forced aspect ratio of the table IMO.

I think it's like the Twitch freerolls in that it doesn't appear in the lobby until an hour or two before.

I have left it now for like 2-3 minutes and it has finally loaded.I was just about to give up .Now it loads faster.

So I played couple of sessions on 2.0.7

Good things: No crashes, table design looks better and thats what makes it playable.

Leaks: turned off animations but the player blurring didnt turned off. any advice?

Advices: Maybe you can make rebuy for cash games available while still in the hand like in 1.0, because over the time it adds up and I think it will help to earn/save many buyins more.

Table size. It would be perfect to save table layout so every player could adjust the size of his tables based on the screen he uses. This feature in 2016 is a must.

Chip colour. Different chip colours is no brainer. You must to make them as clear as possible so when a player goes all in you dont need to look at a chip count.

CPU. This update is still 'hard' on my laptop. No program I used before was so 'heavy'. Dont know whats the consequences will be in a long run using Unibet almost every day for hours.

Overall update is good. Couple of them and this period of angry customers will be gone.

I dont think its the same. I clicked on the ticket in the profile section, and then a screen pops up with possible tournaments you can register with this ticket. For example: I click on a UK Tour €4 ticket, there are three possibilities if I click on the ticket. If I remember correctly, I did the same with the betting ticket, but there was no option, however, if I went to the tournament lobby the tournament was there.
* I now think it might also have to do something with registrating open or not, because when I tried, registration was still closed, although the tournament was in the lobby.
i don't have such a ticket right now, so I can't try it out unfortunately.

It took me a little while to find the freeroll because I have 'Hide closed registrations' on but you're right it's not showing the freeroll when you click on the ticket in your profile.

As a side not, filtering closed reg also filters upcoming MTTs that have not opened their registration yet. I'm not sure if this is how 1.0 worked but I would think MTTs that have passed late reg and are closed and ones that have not begun registration should be treated as two different states.

Hope my bets come in... Can I claim a refund on the basis of bug testing Andrew?

I wish my luck would extend to avoiding suck-outs, but I have had ZERO crashes since that lone one a few days ago (where I also had a live stream going on at the same time).

Andrew bigger disconnect protection timer please! The bug is annoying you get like timed out and cant' react until you close and open the client again and people min bet steal your money knowing you can't do anything. Make the timer atleast 30 seconds untill this bug is fixed.

With all due respect to Andrew and all the hard work you do here, but I think I´m done being a guinea pig to the new client.
I really like the new table set up, esp the cleaner look after the latest update but the crashes are something that I´m running out of patience with.

Not only does it cost money straight up but the worst thing for me is that it puts me into such an epic monkeytilt that I can´t take it anymore. I can´t, I won´t.

Not gonna withdraw my roll but will prob grind somewhere else for a while, atleast until a couple of more updates.

I hope you´ll get the client fixed for the holidays.
