Hello Andrew

It's been a long time now, but I'll tell the story as well as i remember it.
It began a little more than a month ago, I was cashing out on Unibet like i always do when I'm finished when playing. I dont like to keep my money on pokerplatforms since of all the stories I've heard with frozen funds, black friday etc.
This seemed like any other day, however this is where it all started.
The next day I hadn't recieved my money, so logged into my account on unibets website, and saw the big yellow 'Your account has not been verification' sign.
I clicked it and saw that i had to upload some documents in order to verify my account. So i scanned my healthcard (both sides) with all corners visible and uploaded it in jpeg. which was what they'd described i should do.
I then waited 5 workdays before i could see on the page that my documents hadnt been accepted.
So i contacted their livesupport asking what I'd do wrong, since i followed the steps they'd describe me to do on their verification page. He said they needed further documentation with an image such as a passport. So I scanned my passport aswell, both sides, all 4 corners visible, and uploaded it.
Then a lot of days past by and no news at all. So I decided to contact their livesupport once again asking for an update on the situation. He said an email had been sent to me some days ago with the results, but i hadnt got any mail. It turned out I hadnt updated my personal imformation in quite a while, so they had my old email, which is my fault. We changed it to my current one, and he resent me the email.
furthermore he said that they didnt accepted scanned documents and that i had to take a real photo with a cell or camera instead. confused about why they didnt accept scanned documents uploaded in the required format i read the email which asked me for more documents such as some sort of recent bill or bankstatement, and something that verifed my current address. They also wanted to know why I had made a deposit one day, and then later withdrawn it without playing.
I told the guy from support how i felt about having my money on pokerplatforms, that im scared of it and always withdraw when I'm done playing. I also told him that i couldnt remember having deposited and then withdrawn without playing, and if that had happend 1 time it was a mistake from my part,probably because something very urgent had come up, for example my grandpa died two months ago.
He said that sounded very reasonable, and told me to upload the documents either on the verification site or attacht them and reply in an email.
So I did what he told me to and he reassured me it wouldn't take very long then my account would be verified.
After 7 days i got an email saying there was news about my verification and I could check it on my page. I went there and my account had finally become verified.
however, my transaction was still frozen.
Happy and confused I once again contacted livechat, and explained the situation. He said that first I had to verify my skrill account aswell and it would take 3-5 days.
3-5 days more was nothing after all the wait, so I once again did what he asked me to and uploaded the needed documentation.
Then 14 days went by without any news. I contacted livechat and was told it was in motion but due to security procedures, it took a little longer.
So i waited another week before contacting them again, asking for an update.
He told me he could see I'd been waiting for a long time, and promised to personally take care of it the next day if it wasnt solved.
The next day i got an email from Unibet informing there was news about my verification and an email from the guy I chatted with the day.
I opened the email and it said, that due to security procedures it would take a little longer.
Another 7 days passed and finally (yesterday) i got my money back, after they'd been frozen for such a long time.
Today I then tryed to login to my account, and i got a message that it was permanently shut down, and i should contact them for further information.
So I once again went to livechat and explained it all. He asked if i could wait 15-20 min. because he had to ask some people above him. So I did and when he came back he told me my account had been permanently shut down. very confused i asked him why or what i had done wrong and he replied according to terms and conditions
2.4 Unibet have the right and choice to at any given time
deny opening an account at Unibet and/or block or permanently shut down an already existing Unibetaccount without any explanation.
When i tryed to ask him anything about it he just kept repeating himself and added there was nothing i could do about it. Then to add a little more fuel to the bunfire he asked me if there was anything else he could do for me, and told me to have a pleasant day.
It was so frustrating and i felt completely helpless.
I know i got my money out, and one might ask why I even wanna play there after such a treatment. The thing is I live in Denmark and we have a pretty strict law according to poker, which leaves me with a very few rooms i can actually play.
I still dont know why they shut it down and I'm very frustated about this whole situation and how it got handled.

I dont know if you have access to all the chats and or emails. I have most of them and if you need anything, just let me know.

I think you'll make the MTT schedule way more clear for everyone with adding a favourites list. If the filter options had a bit more options than the current one it's fine too.

But you can send a message/pop-up anyway if you add a new MTT to make sure people will notice it.

Is there any possibility to change my 4€ Daily4 ticket for some Sit & Go tickets (maybe 4x1 €) ? I will enjoy them much more than MTT.

Do you mean the clear cache thing? That usually worked when the login screen went grey (going back a while) but not this time. I'm in now though, wouldn't let me in for around an hour.

I'm getting it again. I had to restart the client due to a tournament lobby not updating, I didn't even know I was at the final table. Had to play it on the web browser version.

Another bug I get a lot is sometimes avatars and chipstacks disappear and the table freezes, I think this usually happens at the end of the hand. Because the game is continuing without me, my hand will timeout and I am sat out at all my tables if I don't catch it in time. Costs me quite a few hands.

Login issues as well. First it redirected to unibet site on login screen and after I cleared IE cache it only shows white box.

I can't log onto the community forum so I'm hoping you can extend my three 10 euro Sng tickets.

Furthermore I've had trouble playing the 5 man SNG's about a month ago and I was wondering if that issue has been resolved.

my account is blocked since jun without any reason!! they dont want to pay me my money(7k$). i played here for 3-4 years regularly on nl400 without any problem..
i sent them hundreds of emails but all they can answer is security check...for six months..are they ******ed or what?
!!!i dont recommend to play in this site, this can happen with anyone randomly..!!!!

A few players experienced connection problems yesterday evening, and although it appears to have improved, a few are still getting them. We're looking into it, sorry for the problems.

We could break peak or average players quite easily, it'd just be a matter of crediting lots of tickets. So I just use gross revenue as the measure.

Let's see how it goes once we have 2.0 out, but the tourney list is definitely something we can work more on.

There're quite a lot of tourney changes every week so I think a message might be too spammy, particularly if we change 100 at once.
