Is it just me folks, or anyone else getting disconnections once or twice a day?

Thx Andrew, I did look up the thread, yet am still reluctant to install Adobe if I do not need to... I am presently in Vietnam, where my connection is stable and faster than it was in Canada (for the record, I had no problems in Canada). I use a mac, do not have neither Adobe nor Java installed, will this impact my computer performance regarding the Unibet software?

I was just at the moment chatting with support on Unibet.com and got disconnected over there, while the rest of my browsing activities are all fine... weird. Is this on Unibet's end? And chat support did not know if I needed to install or not Java and Adobe... Given the history of malware transmitted through both on macs, I will not install it if I do not have to...

Anyhow, thx for your time and let me know if I should deal with the email support instead (I am always reluctant to go through them, as they have not been always very helpful thus far...).

Yep to both, thanks. I can now reactivated expired bonuses, but not cash game tickets.

It looks like it's not allowed (China definitely isn't), so I extended the tickets.

I don't think there's anything widespread, we haven't had a spike in CS complaints or seen anything on the monitors.

Not often, i had one table freeze problems usually when I open more tables but not rly disc, today i was 2 tabling and had disc prob about 5-6 times. Hope it will be okay

The disconnections for me have been terrible, and essentially preventing me from playing (lost close to 300E in equity thus far ) ; Andrew, I take it the new version of the Unibet software without Adobe, will be more reliable, I take it?

ps, maybe throw away the bucket with the 7-day expiry for the UO1's? and only use the bucket with 31-days? (i call them buckets, because i don't know the correct phrasing)
the reason why my tickets expire that often for me lately is the fact i plan with a 31 day expiry for them and lately they keep coming with 7 days

I also have this problem. Everytime I exchange a €25UK to 6x€4 and 1x€1, the €4UK tickets have an expiry date of only 6 days. It's not a big problem, but I now have to go to live chat multiple times a week, because I want to prevent the tickets from expiring if possible, so I exchange only 1 at the time. I also still have the problem sometimes the live support don't take my quickest expiring tichets which will cause my bigger tickets to expire, thats why I come to this thread sometimes.
