Sounds like a technical problem though.

Question remains, what is "scummy" about seeking to comply with their Dutch regulatory requirements?

On the login screen I also get the message:

"Unfortunately we’re currently not supporting login for customers from the Netherlands. We apologize for the inconvenience."

However I can log in.

It sounds like people are/were having a different problem logging in and they assumed it was related to that text which is there all the time.

Does the message really need to be there pre-login on the non-Dutch language versions of the site?

Hi there,

I previously had some Unibet open tickets which I was told I could let expire and that they would be re-activated when I wanted (I couldn't play the upcoming live event and contacted support and they said they would be reactivated).

Is this possible, I think I had around 30 Euro's worth.

I sent Andrew a message about previously expired tickets, but since he hadn't been online it was probably never seen. The message will become obsolete as of next Tuesday and for the rest of the year due to upcoming live events.

LOL, Pinnacle has a casino and a live casino. Besides, I didn't give any "example with pinnacle".

Limiting is well within the rights of any sportsbook, and is no way fraudulent (providing all bets are honoured prior to the limiting and all balances paid after).

i would like to start to play on unibet again, but i dont want to deposit via ma card. i have some spare funds on skrill so that would be prefferable option for me to deposit. i saw in this thread that you manually allowed some players to use skrill despite the fact that it is not enabled for their country by default. can you please look into my account if i am eligible for this manual allowance? nickname PopeOfNope

So far, I've been able to enable ewallets on accounts from some of the affected countries that have raked above a certain amount so far this year. I hope to also enable them on poker accounts that have already made a deposit or withdrawl using an ewallet, but that isn't done yet (and I can't be sure it will be).

I don't think there's much I can do in cases where players have no history on the site though. The reason the wallets are turned off is that we lose money on them due to the high volume of fraud from countries where we aren't very big yet (which makes sense because only dedicated poker players and fraudsters even know who we are in some territories).

I should note that this is a site-wide thing, not a poker thing. Unlike poker, I'm not in charge of this, so I can't just fix it immediately, and I can't go around overruling people just because I disagree with them.

Sorry if this a dumb question, PumaPerez, but what is the issue with using a bank debit card or bank transfer to/from Slovakia? (assuming your stated location is correct)

I've done this already, so what might happen to me?
