Having the same issue.

Also cashier wasn't updating at all. Website down apparently, and can't log into poker client anymore.

Yeah something happened. I'm still playing some games but I tried to register another SNG by clicking 'Yes' when finished and it said I had insufficient funds which is not true.

Not happened to me today but I get the insufficient funds message every now and then, when I do have plenty of money in my account.

I was wondering something. I have a double trouble ticket which i won't be able to use to the next few months and maybe longer. My question is if it's possible to exchange it to something else. I asked on twitch, and Jamie refered me to you.

Sadly this is going to be a negative post. I'm a recreational player whose been playing on Unibet a while. Always liked playing on their, the promos, rewards and what they arrive trying to do.

However I'm at the end of my tether with the client. I can put up with disappearing avatars and cards being in odd places but the constant disconnections and black screens I'm getting the past month or so has been nothing short of horrendous. I'll get these simply by switching to my browser (Firefox) to look at something while playing or watch the twitch stream.

I've reported this in the bugs report section of the Unibet community and received very little assistance or interaction. Marco has replied once but judging by his reply he isn't even in the the poker team. It would be much more helpful if we had somebody on the tech side of things in there replying and helping with problems. Here is the thread:

If it's a problem from my end then I need assistance and interaction from somebody in the know so I can resolve this issue.

I can't play the client on my Samsung s6 or kindle fire either because it always freezes. Support just fobbed me off by saying it was likely my ping was too high and this was set by my isp. I ran a test on my speed and ping and this is definitely not the case.

I get very little time to play poker and when I do I want to play on a site that offers me an enjoyable playing experience and that's impossible with all of these constant problems. It has also massively hindered my chances in the uk tour sats because i'm missing a load of hands and just wasting my ticket.

As I said I really like Unibet but if this carries on I'll have no choice but to give up on the site.

I registered as a new user on Uni but I'm having a frustrating time making a deposit. After registering I wanted to use an e-wallet, when this option didn't appear in the cashier I contacted support and was told the first deposit had to be made via credit or debit card and then the e-wallet option would be activated. So, I applied for a debit card from my e-wallet provider. Once the card was received I then attempted the deposit only to be rejected again. Uni told me to contact my card provider, which I did, and they don't allow transactions to gaming providers.

The point of this post is that I don't understand Uni's policy to not enable the e-wallet immediately, obviously it's some financial security requirement or objective. The point is, now it's in the too hard basket for me and I'll play elsewhere, good on Uni for encouraging new customers. This is all from the UK.

There were problems last evenings with login problems across the whole Unibet site. It affected some percentage of players but not all. Unibet are looking into it, sorry for the difficulties.

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't convert these tickets. In the longer term I'd like to have a second Double Trouble tournament each week, as then I can put it on a Sunday afternoon (or whatever) for people who can't make the first. We'd still award one ticket per week to eligible players, but this'd increase the value and make it easier to play. Hopefully we get big enough in the autumn for this to be economical.

We haven't had any network connection problems in the past month. So this is almost certainly CPU lag. Your computer is displaying a black screen because it can't load the graphics in time. It disconnects because it can't find the time to maintain the connection.

If this is a recent thing, your computer is probably powerful enough if you have fewer programs running. It probably also helps to format and reinstall windows, but that's pretty drastic.

We have a long term solution to the high CPU requirements of the client, but this is a LOT of work so is still a few months away I'm afraid.

The way support works means that the first line people aren't going to have indepth knowledge, so it's important that they know when to escalate problems. If you run into problems with them you should be able to request that they escalate it somewhere if they don't realise that they need to do it themselves.

Someone saying "the ping is too high" is pretty stupid. Do you know who it was you talked to/when it was?

Sorry, this is a site wide thing, so I don't know much about it. You'd be better off contacting regular support.

I bought my computer about 2 years ago and even now it is very powerful and runs very well. On a sunday night I'll have a big poker session where I run 4-6 tables with 888, Pokerstars, Party all open. I also have Firefox open with a couple of pages open AND have Itunes open to play music. This all runs very smoothly with no problems, load up Unibet and all this nonsense happens. You can even see from my screenshots that I have minimal programs running (not much in the background either). This is CLEARLY a problem with the client and the amount of CPU usage it demands. I can also see other players having constant problems with the software across various forums. I will not be reformatting a perfectly fine and running windows/computer because of this.

I can just go elsewhere and not have to deal with all this rubbish. I'm basically being told to put up with it until you come up with a solution and I won't do that.

It's a shame because Unibet are doing so many things right but this is just so wrong. I really hope you meet that long term solution one day.

Hello Andrew, could you clarify the SNG Battle dates please. The promotion page detailing the terms lists the dates of each week's leaderboard as being July 1st - July 8th, July 9th - July 15th, July 16th - July 22nd and July 23rd - July 31st, however if you click through to the leaderboards page the dates of each week are listed as 1st - 10th July, 11th - 17th July and 18th - 24nd July with nothing showing for week 4.

Also, is this forum still the best place to report/ask stuff like this or is everything going through the Unibet community now?
