How exactly can i size the tables to my likings? I noticed the button top corner right but that way its either small or big. Also does it crash when more then 11 tables open?.

Since the Belgian customer support is completely disinterested in anything poker related I'll voice my concerns here as well.

Between 3 and 3.30PM (belgium time) I've played some 50eu heads up sit and go's vs a player called 'maybach'. I have quiet some experience in heads up sit and go's and this was the weirdest player I've ever played against. His decisions are litteraly instant and all his decisions were completely erratic. All in all it was the most suspicous couple of games I have ever played in over 10k heads up sit and go's.

Hopefully you can send the hand history to the technical support so they can take a look.

EDIT: don't know if its relevant, but during these game I suffered a couple of disconnections, with also 1 error saying: 'this game is being played on another device', the first time I got that error and the only time I suffered disconnections today

Its not rlly meant for the higher stakes altho its prob there where mostly the problem is of no tables running at certain times. As u said 4-10-25NL run most of the times. Think I got the avatar 20min into the promotion just by starting banzai 20, just played few hands and then fecked off
ive not had that much time to play lately but every time ive been on 50 and 100
NL seemed to be running with decent amount of tables but if this is directly a result of the early bird promotion is hard to tell, guess only Unibet/Andrew can check this with stats but then again, if player pool goes up, so does the table amount, hard to check imo. But overall this should be a decent return for Unibet as 10% challenge points boost sounds like peanuts compaired to have a stake running or not.

Dont play MTTs but doubt 2+2 would be happy with another thread for unibet as ticket exchanges are not rlly integrated in the client like for example PS where players can trade independently. And might be bit much for Andrew/reps to check both threads.

Poker tables just work like normal microsoft windows, click right bottom corner and drag to size u want. When u have one to the size of ur likings u can change all the other ones to the same size using options.
And yes there is a table cap as adobe air cant handle more causing it to crash when opening more than 11 or 12, as far as I know.

You can manually resize them but thats all i think and tables are capped at 8 on 4 and 10nl and 10 on 25 i think not sure about other stakes

Looks like login is down at the moment, I think it's unibet-wide rather than poker specific.

Haven't checked into this thread in a while, but I've been putting up with some problems with the software for a while and was wondering if this is just because it is based on Adobe Air, or whether I have simply been suffering more of these problems than others for some reason I am unaware of.

1) Sometimes my internet has a 'blip'. Other poker sites seem to lag briefly, sometimes a radio stream or youtube vid will briefly lag, but they start working again normally after a second or two, at most after 10 seconds or so. Unibet however will disconnect completely, I'll fairly often lose the hand I was in and in some cases I have to completely close the client and reopen it to get my tables running again.
I have also had Unibet disconnect whilst other poker sites and music streams have kept working perfectly.

2) If I accidentally open pokerstars (or even worse HM2), and recently even task manager, All of my unibet windows go black, the software tends to disconnect and I have to wait till this additional program has loaded fully before Unibet recovers and starts working again. [This must surely be an Adobe Air based problem?]

3) When I log in I often get the 'your account is unavailable' message, although I know it isn't because if I try to log in two or three more times (or more) I do succesfully log in to the software.
[Deleting IE or Google Chrome cookies occasionally seems to help improve the success rate of logging in]

I am not actually making a complaint as such here (I don't play NL400 after all), I'm just wondering If what I experience is unusual.

I have 3x1€ MTT tickets that I will not be using. How does the changing them into cash work ? You can change them directly into cash to my account or do I have to clear them somehow ? Spearmaster is the latest identity I am using right now. And my expired cash tickets can be brought to life again ?

you CAN convert tickets to cash tickets such as 4/8/10/25/etc, but not the cash directly. you CAN also use them for your bonus, but again, you have to have at least 4 euros, I believe

I recently started to try Unibet.

I must say that im greatly surprised. Site is funny to play and very simple. You deserved for sure the award this year, PS winning it is a joke with all recent bad changes.

Anyway, I have some minor suggestions:
+ NL25 is a mess to control sizings pre and postflop, for some reason Im never happy with sizings and this isnt happening on NL10. I realized that small blind is 0.15 now and that could be the problem when controlling bet sizings with mouse. What about just leaving it as NL20 ? It would solve the problem for not having a sb of 0.125. I think this is why NL25 is not having the same movement that NL10 has.

+ Cash games has a view as cents option. I dont find this very useful. Could you change/add this and convert 1bb to 10 chips or 1 chip? I think thit has more sense if you are mixing stakes or something.

+ I miss some replayer hand option although I dont feel this is really important.

+ It would be pretty useful for a player to have access to his hand history. I understand Unibet doesnt want any HUD and im fine with it but I find being able to track your winning/loses is crucial. Maybe something could be arranged to prevent people of looking for ways to turn this into a HUD like hands dont being accessible at the very same moment (1 day after or 1 week I dont know). My point is that a player should be capable of tracking his results.
