I have found (had these issues several times before) a way to mess up the client to make it look like this. These steps work most of the time if the app is not in the mood to show the hand history. All you have to do is to check it and if it does not load in several seconds, great chance you will end up having something like this:

Moreover, the tabs for different types of games become unresponsive so you go back and then the text disappear in your profile menu and main menu as well. You could ask the developers to look into that. I'm using Win 7 if that helps

edit:
just saw a typo in the Lithuanian banner below the main menu. it says "missija" though the word is supposed to have only one "s" letter. On top of that, I would say that we do not really use the word "avatarą" as an equivalent to avatar (perhaps as a slang) but that's a minor thing.

Is it just me or are there more regs since full tilt fcked up their reward system? Tables seems tougher the last 1 or 2 weeks

Aha, the UO250 thing is a bug - if the amount required to unlock the bonus is less than the amount you'd earn by starting that tournament, it doesn't work properly. We've added it to the list and manually fixed it.

Sadly it's been pushed back one release to late Oct. We couldn't fit everything in, and as you might imagine, Unibet recently acquiring a couple of smaller companies that offer poker is going to slow our "normal" stuff down too.

Probably variance - we've acquired a lot more new players recently, which should make the games softer. These aren't through affiliates etc. so aren't likely to be FTP players.

I think that if someone left FTP due to their recent changes, this is the last place they'd go. FTP are copying some of the things we're doing, but nothing like all of them. If someone's annoyed with the little that they've done, they're not going to want to play on a site that's done it tenfold.

Yes, exactly. It's hard to imagine anyone watching the videos and then objecting to them. I have no problem "educating the fish" either by the way - I think it's important to get people to the point where they realise that poker is a skill game, and see how it's fun. That's why people stay.

It's not a first deposit bonus, everyone gets it just for creating an account. We changed it to €200 now, and made it much easier to unlock. It'll cost us about 50% more than the old one did.

At 03:00 UTC, we're going to be down for 30-45 minutes to replace the faulty router that I mentioned earlier today.

We've also discovered a bug that causes the client to reliably crash whenever someone has 12+ tables open. It's always been the case that it becomes very CPU intensive then, but something new in Adobe Air is making it worse now.

Lots of people are going to run into this problem during milestones. We currently have a 10 table cap at NL4, PL4 and NL10, and milestones introduced a 12 table cap anyway. To avoid many players crashing, for September we're going to reduce this cap to 10. This will come in at the same time as the downtime above.
