Yeh, this is the reason. People will use it to identify player types, who is weak, who is strong, etc. That's what I used it for on FTP.

We have had SOME disconnections, but it's nothing widespread. For example, yesterday we had 4 minutes from 12:13 to 12:17. I suggest you talk to support.
If the client says "Technical Error #3", it's probably something happening on our end (I believe this is when we have packet loss between the poker servers and the main unibet servers). If it doesn't, it probably isn't happening on our end.

We have a license in IT and FR, but they are both on iPoker rather than the .com site. We aren't big enough in those countries to go standalone.

We don't really measure it that way, I just look at daily totals. In total revenue, we're about 1% the size of PS. In terms of NL/PLO 6-max, we're probably about 4% the size of PS in revenue as they make so much of their money from MTT, SNG, Zoom and Spin & Go and we do not.
For NL400 and under we're probably more like 5-6% their size as they seat quite a lot of people at higher stakes than we offer.

It's too soon to say what we'll do with those brands (or with Stan James) I'm afraid. Even if we did have plans made yet, I'm 95% sure that our tourney lobby & schedule redesign would happen first as it's mostly done.

Does anyone know what would be a rough guide to the ratio between flops seen and hands played in 6-max cash (assuming we're not always full-handed as on unibet) for an average player? A rough number is fine - I am using a Jennifear style BRM policy so the answer in any case will get multiplied by another guessed number. 
Also, if I make a withdrawal do I lose my welcome bonus? (the 500 euro playthrough one - the 10 euro free money doesn't apply in my location) - Do I have to play it through first?
Also just to say thanks - I'm enjoying cash games for the first time since I moved to Unibet - you feel like you are playing against other people and not a precalculated strategy.

Nope, it stays. It releases money based on how much rake you've paid, so it doesn't matter to me what someone does with their balance.

That's probably down to 2 + 2 rather than me, but maybe I'll ask. It's a good idea and I think that if we grow enough that that will be the way to go. I like posting here and getting feedback, but exchanging tickets probably isn't a very efficient way to use my time (I'm head of poker by the way).
In the long term I want to automate this within the client, but we have a few other things we need that I have prioritised above that, so it's a way off. Passing some of the work to someone else on the team would fix the problem.

I'd get around this with an automated system by heavily discounting tickets to games that someone hasn't tried before. It'd be a great tool for us, but also a tricky one to build right.
From Jul '14 to Jul '15 we're up 32% revenue, despite cutting rake at NL4, PL25, SNG, and trading Fast to Banzai in that time (Banzai rakes a lot less). Not to mention there's no European Championships this year, and that sent us a lot of new players - getting on for double what we're getting today.
A lot of the reason that the quarterly reports showed only 13% or whatever is that the site is in EUR but the company reports in GBP and the exchange rate has changed a lot.
We're being pretty ambitious with what we're doing/spending over the next year, so hopefully we'll be doing better than that soon.
