Hi , Andrew !

Recently I've encountered this "white screen" problem when I try to deposit / withdraw

Also , when I try to make any changes for my account on the web , it logs me out and gives the log-in screen.I reenter my details but it doesn't connect.However the problem shows up on every browser except Mozilla for some reason (I'm using Chrome as my primary broswer but I haven't had this problem like 1 month ago).
Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I was away last week. I'm back today but it may be a while before I can get much done with this thread. I believe the rest of the poker team made some ticket transfers last week (until being temp-banned for being non-official) so hopefully it won't be TOO far behind.

They also converted tickets even after the temp-ban as long as people included a valid alias in their post as well, at least that was the case for me. I guess you just need to verify the identity of the account with 2+2 and it should be good to go again. A backup never hurts.

I am not entirely sure if you will be able to redeem the full bonus, but if I am not mistaken it gets released in increments?! Other players will be more useful with specific details based on their experience.
