Hyperlink on prize drop is now working for me.

With the table priority problem.

I have found that if you have a table UTG, The software will go to that table when the players put their blinds in but before you have your cards.

This can make it seem like the priority is not working but it is working.
The software is just being eager on hands where you are first to act.

Not sure if this is the cause of peoples problem, but it confused me the first few times it happened.

Really loving the site have been playing here for a few months now. I discovered it in december when you guys were streaming the live cash game, and the commentators were discussing the site and what it was about, so I guess your marketing worked well there haha. I was excited to see where the tournament would be in June as I'll probably get a package, but then shocked to see it was my home city (and team) that was hosting it. Should be fun!

Anyways, I tend to get a bit of lagging when playing 4 tables, its manageable but not perfect. Would increasing my RAM help? Or is it more to do with processor speed. I realise that is probably a noob question but my computer knowledge is pretty poor.

I'm running an IMAC with 8gb ram if that helps at all

I believe this is due to table animation - if you have animation off then it'll bring you to the table before the hand starts. Agree that this doesn't look good though, I think I'll raise it as a bug.

I don't know yet. If we get some time later on this week I'll ask someone to tally it up. This is the kind of thing that I'd love to know as soon as possible and then use as PR, but we're a bit too short on people to do that right now.

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the site. You're right that it sounds like CPU lag. I asked the developers and they said that upgrading to a better graphics card will be the most useful thing you can do. It should also help if you close other programs, and it should help if you don't minimise the main lobby.

Loved the Twitch stream for the Unibet Open, the chat was great fun. Would like to see more cash games like the one at London as well, that was really entertaining.

Does anyone else have problems with the app periodically freezing for 30-60 seconds at a time? I thought it was my wireless connection at first but pokerstars works prefectly and I've started getting the freezes even when I connect to my router using a LAN cable.

I've had to give up on unibet for the time being as I've started losing out on too many good/pivotal hands and it puts me on massive tilt > .

Happens in both the browser and destop versions of the app.

Yeh, the heavy computer requirements are definitely a problem for us, but sadly there's not a lot we can do about it. Good luck!

This was originally a similar problem - the iPad had system limitations and we didn't think we could build it in a way that let it multi-table. But the developers have been investigating it and are confident that they've found a way. Right now it's with our user experience team to design the interface, but I think we will have multi-tabling on iPad, browser and Android in the next 2-3 months.

Yeh, it was great. It was a test to see how it'd work, and I think it went really well. My main worry now is that the next UO isn't for 3 months, so I'm busily thinking up ways we can use it again before then.

The reason we didn't have a cash game again in Copenhagen is simply that we were informed it wasn't legal. I also think we can't have one in Glasgow because the tournament floor needs to be cashless, but I'm hoping there's a way around it. I definitely want to have another one soon.

This sounds like CPU lag again. If you open task manager you'll probably see it go to 100% CPU when this happens. You can improve it by closing other programs, by setting unibetpoker to a higher priority in task manager (details tab, right click the process, set priority) or by keeping the lobby in the foreground rather than minimised. If you really want to, you can get a better graphics card - that should solve the problem for most people, assuming their CPU and ram are enough.

Actually, that reminds me.

Does anyone have suggestions for possible Twitch promos? I'd like to see people streaming their play on Unibet because it would work perfectly - no table selection, and the ability to change alias.

I've got a few ideas but nothing definite yet.

i thought a bit about (twitch-)streaming poker on unibet myself, as 1) streaming poker on twitch seems to be a new/growing thing that one could get a good spot in right now and 2) unibet is imo the best online poker software for making an entertaining poker stream

how about: promo: 1) people stream their play on unibet on twitch(they could set-up their own twitch channels just like other streamers. maybe unibet would help them with that), then 2) viewers and/or unibet players and/or unibet votes/judges who is/are the most entertaining, and then 3) this/these streamers stream their own play/show on the unibet twitch channel (obviously there are many possibilities for rewarding this player)

People split tickets to have more shots at the package.
So if you can get 2 x 250e tickets, play one and if you lose split the other to 5 x 50e and try and win 2 again.

On the 2e 10e and 50e tickets approx 1 in 6 players win a ticket and about 1 in 10 win a package in the 250e final.

So what RAM/GPU/CPU are recommended to play up to 8 tables without lag?

in theory - if a player reaches 1.25m per quarter but has also won a UO package by a satellite, can the player use the 1.25m package on another event?

Thanks Andrew - I will try upping the process priority but I would suggest that some significant optimization needs to be done by the devs on your end - there is no way a poker app should be maxing out an i5 + geforce 650 + 6GB RAM (e.g. capable of running modern games at mid settings) with one table open at any point. There is nothing more than some rasterised images and basic animations happening on the screen.
