The + button is broken I'm afraid. Looks like a couple of things made it past QA this release but I'm sure it'll be added to their scripts for this month. It'll be broken all month sadly, it isn't worth stopping all the work on the next release to fix this (plus the tourney info display thing).

I'm looking into the February promotions and I have a question regarding the UNIBET OPEN SNG GIVEAWAY.

"Players will earn points in the following way, and can earn a maximum of 100 points per day:

(...)

Play a €100 5 Seat SNG 100 points."



So, if I play a €100 5 Seat SNG every day for the 28 days of February, I get 2800 points, which will be the maximum that anyone can get. Therefore, winning a €2000 UO Package by investing €2800 in SnGs. This can't be right, can it? What am I getting wrong?

you are only qualifying for a ticket to a freeroll and net at least 500 points. If you earn more points it wont be of any use for the promotion

i think the NL1000 fridays are somehow rigged to take back the money you win at lower stakes. i lost 12k yesterday, did anyone else experience this?

For some feedback on playing on the app on my ipad; had a 'session' yesterday and cash game runs ok. Only some small bugged détails to report:

- somehow its like the text on the tables has dropped a millimeter orso, u have the gray squares where u see the player name and amount of money in it.
Normally text is slightly up in that box so there is space enough for time bank under it or the action like 'waiting on blind' etc. As the text dropped a bit
this now comes out the squares and same for the bet amounts on the table, they have small gray squares and now the amount is just on the bottom of that square.
Hard to explain as cba taking a screenshot lol

- other thing is when u top up the topped up amount stays fixed on the screen next to the top up button, just gets overwritten by another amount if u top up again but
if u doubled up u just will see that amount for the rest of ur session lol

- banners in the lobby dont work, can be unpractical as some promotions or things u offer for poker are not always easy to find just by going to the site,
for example the NL1000 Fridays, I have no idea where to find info on that on the normal site (or am I blind?)

I love MTT tournaments, but I do feel the offer has been worse then before. A lot more low level MTT tournaments are added. Are the going to be any changes short term?

I agree. Too many MTT with a very low prizepool. There should be more tournaments with a guaranteed prizepool of 1000-4000.

Is there any reason why regular blind level in MTTs seem to be 6-10min, Turbos have 3min and the Unibet Open €25 Express has 10min again? Where's the "Express" in that?

Ouch, unlucky... I guess this is the downside of it being once per week, but the reason we're doing it this way is that we want to see how it affects the rest of the site. If NL400 dies when NL1k runs, or if lots of people go broke in NL1k then never return, it's better that we find this out one day a week instead of forever.

They're meant to show for a couple of seconds but it'll depend on latency between you and the server. We're working on improving the game history section and adding a hand replayer so that ought to help a bit.

There're no affiliate rakeback deals etc.

It's something that we'd like to improve. When we launched we overlaid enormous amounts - we lost a lot of money on it early on. This was because we wanted to build up the traffic, but this didn't work.

Since then I've built it to avoid overlaying as much. We guarantee more now than we did on launch but now we don't overlay (much). The problem is that MTT traffic isn't rising much, but on the plus side we actually make money there now.

We have added quite a few satellites in the latest tourney schedule update, and these are with the intent of building a few specific tournaments up. Similarly, we added a few specific tournaments to the Jan mission because I wanted to see if that works too. And now this month we have MTT leagues.

We're also working on redesigned tourney lobbies, and I'm hoping we can launch that with rebuy tournaments. When the lobbies work better I think we'll see better traffic.

We can send a summary of number of hands, amount raked, net win/loss by game type and by day/month/year. We checked with various regulators and that's all that they require we do.

I think it's changed a bit since this post too, so I did a €50 SNG ticket from what was available.
