Hi thanks for ticket exchange, flagging lobby issue
I got to go out in an hour so was checking in a tourny that's started to see what the blind levels were in minutes to figure out if i should play or not. Tourney has been running a few minutes, but blind levels missing timings.

To be honest I highly doubt that, because there is no significant profit to be made on the Romanian market to justify it. But that will only matter once the new law will actually go into effect.

P.S. Can you take the donkswitch off my account? Not doomswitch, as the play in HU SNG is far too "creative" for that.

If I use the poker client to log in I get a dialog box which states that the terms and conditions have been updated. In the poker client I can't properly see the terms and conditions nor click the link "Check what’s been changed: Poker Rules". If I login using the website this isnt a problem.

Hi Andrew,

The Major Challenge "Win a hand with less than one pair" doesnt work properly.

It took a while to get a few of the 50 times I needed it, so during my current session I'm watching it more closely. And I saw a couple of hands that just didnt count. And that's only during this session. I think I finished this challenge ages ago.....

Yo therobot,

I have spoken on the unibet chat about this one, they told me it can take up to 3 hours before challenges are confirmed (i know, normally its kindoff instant, but it does happen that it takes longer, at least with me it did for some of the challenges, taking about 30-45 minutes if there was delay, for what i could have seen)

I can give it a go to try and make it crash, but i couldn't find you post with the location of the logfiles, can you repost that (or quote it or something)?
Ah, it sounds like CPU lag now. If you leave it going, does it eventually catch up and start working again?

Log files will be in your "documents" folder (also "my documents" on some operating systems). It'll be called "unibet_poker_log"
Unintentionally i made it crash

Andrew, i got a logfile for you, where do i send it?

Also i let it go for i guess a minute or so, but it didn't continue....(it looks like its not my pc because stars and 888 worked fine when unibet crashed)(maybe it has something to do with placemint (thats a window manager)) but thats just a feeling i have)

My PC specs (in short)
AMD X6 1100T @ 4 Ghz in custom watercooled loop
Gigabyte 990FX-UD3, watercooled mosfets and northbridge included in custom loop
8GB Ram 1433 MHz
SSD for OS
SSD for Poker (programs and database)

and a whole bunch of unrelated hardware

ps i looked in the log, and i really would be surprised if you can find something in it leading to the problem

pps I dont know if this was mentioned in this thread before (i mentioned it to the unibet chat too), but i think its always good to report bugs to the head of poker :P

When i open a tourney lobby, i can't scroll in the payout list, so if there like 50 places paid, i dont see (cant scroll) down to the bottom places

Thanks for everything!

Are you on a Mac or Windows computer? Because I do have that issue on the Mac software, you basically only see the top 15 payouts.

ok, this time a serious post:
i've played on about 20 sites over the years, ranging from pokerstars to tiny underground sites run by malaysian triads.
none of them were as bad as unibet regarding disconnects.
on unibet i have never got back into a hand after having timeout, even if it's only a timeout of of less than a second (evidenced by other sites or programs i have running at the same time that timeout for that period). and often i see myself timing out and then timing down despite still seeing other players completing actions on my unibet tables. WTF? needless to say, you can forget about relogging or even restarting the software, as your hands are always folded when you get back.
on unibet you have to check the lobby to maybe find out whether you're even logged in, as it sometimes logs you out without giving you any signal, and when you try to login the software often crashes.

the only explanation that i can think of that would exonerate unibet in this context is that (some) bigger, established sites have identified unibet as a rising thread and are attacking unibet. even that wouldn't really explain the strange behaviour of the software to me, but if that's not the case, i currently can't see how this is justifiable.

i'm usually happy enough with unibet to forgive these issues, but i write this post now because i've been struggling with a bad cough and sore throat for the last 15 days and this last disconnect made me scream at my monitor, which is very bad for my thoat(i've been avoiding speaking at all).

i played 500k hands on 888 a few years ago and it was basically fine.

party hardly played but was fine.

ipoker same. don't want to play on those 2 sites because of bots and the sites' attitude towards poker players/poker in general

i call bull**** on them being far worse. just to make it clear: if you timeout but can get back into a hand, then that's not really a problem.

or are you saying that this is a problem across several sites that has appeared in recent months? if that's the case, then fine. and would be interested in info on that.

Nevermind, found it. Looks like it's the same for NLH and PLO.

https://a1s.unicdn.net/polopoly_fs/1..._Rules.1.3.pdf

See last page (23)

5% rake with a up to 3€ cap is way too high for PLO25 imo. Stars i.e takes only 4.25% with a 0,5 up to 2$ Cap depending on player numbers. Considering that Unibet isnt offering a lot of RB for lowstakes players, rake is pretty much killing winrates here

Hi Andrew second thoughts scratch this please.
Decided I need to take an element of risk if I'm ever to get there. If I cash my 50 tonight, I'll ask to convert back to 5x50's thanks.

I think he is saying that, i know 888 has been the worst crap i ever seen with regards to disconnections, that was about 3-6 months ago i think and took aout 2 months to kindoff fix the problem (but since a few days problems are coming back there imo)
Party i dont play myself, but seen several sunday twitch streams where party was disconnecting a lot in the last 2 months.
I dont play a lot on Ipoker, but they are also being DDOS'd the last few months, from what i heared......

I understand this is not what you wanted to hear, but somebody is really pissed off on pokersites it seems (maybe he got some coolers :P)

just google the site you want to investigate on + DDOS, and you get a lot of info about it

for example this article by pocketfives (comments are usefull too)

Totally agree with this. Everytime I disconnect I cant reloggin before the hand is over. Sometimes I have to fill in my username and password 3 times before the log in actually works.

what happens if i get a disconnect while playing a HUSNG? In those scenarios it will cost either a lot of chips or the entire buy in. How is this being handled? should i just keep waiting till it's fixed before I start playing those on unibet? thx
