Hi Andrew, that's probably not it, as i dont change resolution while playing poker, and it happens most when i open a lot of tables at the same time.....(my own solution was not opening more then 2 tables at a time, which seems to work for me so far)

I can give it a go to try and make it crash, but i couldn't find you post with the location of the logfiles, can you repost that (or quote it or something)?

Thanks for explaning the DDOS's, and have to agree with the person that said, prosecute the "attention seekers" (thats how i see them)...i really think you DDOS'ers are compensating for you small ... (and i am sure they are reading here too, they got off on attention)

It looks like all of unibet is down at the moment. I don't think this is related to the earlier attacks as those were poker-specific. I'll let you know when we know more.

Edit: It looks like the website is down as a consequence of fixing something else that broke. I'll keep you informed.

I'm afraid not, but obviously it sucks (really sucks). It's site-wide and is being investigated with as high a priority as there can be within the company. I don't think it's related to the DDOS from Sunday and Monday, I think it's just awful timing, and not for the first time.

If the site is down when Double Trouble is due to start then we'll figure out a way to stop players from losing out.

Missed Double Trouble due to down time

Andrew wanted to flag something strange

playing a 2 euro sat to copenhagen, there are two tables left. Lobby shows 11 players remain, yet one of the players in the lobby isn't at a table. I waited a few hands in case it was just updating but it didn't change still reported 11 players. I opened the other table and counted and there were 10 players left.

But for some reason one player was in and not playing at a table with 1,000 chips.

Edit: client stopped working again...completely frozen...had no other choice than killing the process with task manager and restarting the software. Everything else (internet, browser, music player etc.) worked fine. Only Unibet froze.

I do appreciate you doing this greatly. Trying to get to Copenhagen and cut out the chances of going bust with one shot at the 10 ticket. My plan is to keep doing this until I have about 10, ten tickets, and then move up to the ten level. So far I haven't managed to cash more than 1 ten ticket, from the 5x2 euro tickets. Hopefully this time around I will get at least 2 tens. Thanks as always Andrew.

not completely serious post, can be ignored:

i would like to point out that the minor challenge 'Act preflop after two players in front of you have put the same amount of money into the pot as each other' is clearly rigged.

i was about to end my session today when i noticed that i was at 14/15 for this challenge, and i thought i'd quickly finish it before ending my session. a spot soon comes up where i can overcall from the BB, and i do so with a hand that would usually be a close fold. proud about completing this challenge, I click sit-out next blind. however, a few hands later i get the idea to go on the safe side and make sure the challenge is complete. i check, and it's still 14/15! i sit back in, and i swear for 20 minutes on 6 tables there wasn't a single hand where two players put in the same amount and i could act after them. after an eternity i finally squeeze T6o for 10bb. they both fold, i heave a sigh of relief and weariness, close the tables, BUT NOW IT'S STILL 14/15!
and that was today's adventure on unibet poker for me.

Log files will be in your "documents" folder (also "my documents" on some operating systems). It'll be called "unibet_poker_log"

Apparently this player unregistered himself from the tournament before it started, so he doesn't appear in our reports etc. This is the only place he appeared. We're looking into the bug, thanks for reporting it.
