Just as we had no idea what the March promos were until yesterday!

But rest assured if there were races, our players would have been involved.

Our Unibet contact assured us yesterday that things are changing going forward and so we will find out about promos in the previous month.

We have also heard rumours of an change in the VIP programme. It's well known, as Kanaxis can also attest, that it has never been the most friendly or easy to understand progarmme and doesn't benefit regs at all.

We pray for a fully cash (or close to 100% cash) rakeback type programme!

Anyway hopefully things are on the turn there as they have been one of our favourite brands for a long time.

Regards all

RTR
Sorry to hear if the promo details haven't been forwarded on time! I know there was a delay with February due to vacation and sickness but will follow up with the responsible teams.

It's interesting how the system "doesn't benefit regs at all" while you're also complaining that we're paying so much rakeback that you don't get sufficient revenue share As you know, we're paying +50% (and even +60% in some cases) to the highest volume regs - the regs are pretty happy with this. I do agree it's not the easiest to understand with the current promo page - will be improved 1st of April - but still much more transparent than the biggest players (GG, Stars)

As for the share being cash, it will increase with the new system (I'll publish details on the community in a few days). It's never something we get complaints about though. Players are generally fine with the bonus points, as they can buy tickets for their favorite game (or bonuses if they prefer) - it's ages since we've had any noticeable share of RB being tickets for specific games.
If you've got any feedback or questions, you can catch my on Skype or email

"It's interesting how the system "doesn't benefit regs at all" while you're also complaining that we're paying so much rakeback that you don't get sufficient revenue share "

Hey Stubbe, hope all well - what we "complain" about is that we still maintain that the maths is wrong in the affiliate calculations and that the bonus deductions are anything but "transparent"

As an example why do affiliates get hit with Hexa big wins? Surely (like all other rooms with SPINS games etc) the prizes are paid out of the game fees? Just like a progressive jackpot slot games, all the prizes are covered from a small fee taken from each spin of the wheel. No other room offsets the big SPINS prizes like $1m against the affiliates! Could you imagine...LOL!?
So we believe that is wrong.

In a nutshell, the deductions on a monthly basis from almost every other room max out at about 50% for affiliates to get form GGR to NGR in any give month. But with Unibet it's anything up to 85% - and that's what we are questioning....

Best wishes

I can explain the bonus costs with a breakdown soon, if you reach out to me. As for HexaPro being based on real fee, this is the natural way to do it from a finance perspective, to make sure numbers are matching up - EV fee is a good performance indicator, but it's never used for betting duties/tax or anything like that. Also, if anything, you benefit greatly from this, due to negative revenue share not being a thing and it being settled monthly. Alternative would be to charge you a greater than regular EV fee: maybe the guys can sort that out for you (don't see why we'd have objections, as it'd only benefit us). Progressive jackpot games are a completely different thing, but I'm not going to go into casino mechanics as we're already way off topic. Won't comment further on anything affiliate related here

Hi Andy/Stubbe,

It looks like the leaderbord points for the Phase 2 tournaments (M+L) are not credited to the SPC-leaderbords. This happened instantly for all the other tournaments, so i wanted to point this out to you. Maybe something went wrong here.

Since the final standings and payouts will be made today/tomorrow this is kind of important/urgent for the people who are virtually in the top-positions. (I made a deep run in phase 2 and am currently in a prize-position on the leaderbord).

Bonus-question about the Phase 2: gets everyone leaderbord points here (because already in the money), or only the topX %)

Thanks in advance!

The phase was not a SPC event so it doesn't count for the leaderboard. That's why the phases don't have event numbers.

Thats a shame, makes the difference for 3th or 4th in overall (1000 euro or 0 euro) and top spots (few hundred euro) in M for me.

Clearly looks like a SPC event though in the schedule (website, client, colours etc). I think a lot of us thought we could gain points there.

Maybe you can double check it to be sure . And make this a bit more clear the next time? Thanks!

I wrote the schedule and set up the templates so I know it's correct

Due to the formula including a participation point it didn't make sense to add the phase. Either players could just get points for every phase one they played and essentially buy them if needed, or just players that make phase 2 would have got one and that wouldn't be fair either. as a whole load more players participated in phase 1s As the phase 2 is technically a separate tournament as far as the server is concerned it also adds the complication of how we calculate the total players in the phase.

I'll see if we can add something to the tournament descriptions and promo page in the future to highlight phases are not part of leaderboard calculations.

Thanks for the reply and explanation. I understand, just tilted that i miss out on 1.5k-1.8K euro I already counted on. My 1st place prize in the Phase 2-M is a nice consolation prize though.

Rakeback nerds, changes are coming and the link above will explain all. Please keep your discussions to that thread rather than here if possible because I don't like maths and Skynet Stubbe can explain things much better than me.

The only think I will say is, think about the long game before you complain about it. If we give more money to the players you're beating, you can to win more for longer.

interestingly unibet has more traffic than stars counterpart at the 400NL games, I think there is great opportunities to widen the traffic.
right now the games are quite reg heavy and im assuming its full of rakeback grinders trying to hit the 50% rb threshold which is quite competitive, but for people who dont make it its not rlly attractive ( and pls dont reference to ggpoker, ggpoker has actual recs to offer for the rake they charge, which unibet doesnt ).

Can't log in on the client, desktop or mobile nor on to the forum. Able to log in on the betting app so guess it's mostly poker related.

Hi Unibet-rep,

Is the following a new MTT-series:

• Chip Race Series 16th April – 23rd April

It's release day. I'm going to put it down to that for just now and then we can all panic if more people have the same issue.

Hello

I have been having problems getting a decent sized withdrawal processed from Unibet for over 3 weeks now...I am being asked to provide a picture of an old bank card which I do not have anymore. I advised support that it wasnt possible to provide this and was told to provide proof of the last deposit made with it instead. I have provided a PDF bank statement (sent to by my bank on banking app) several times and this has been rejected. I am getting extremely frustrated at this and support has been next to useless every time i have contacted them. I have also had a stop loss put on my account which completely unnecessary given my deposit/ withdrawal amounts. Can you please help.

Alex

After the last update, sometimes I've been getting insane amount of captchas when I log in. Today it took me at least a couple of minutes and 10+ pictures to get in.

There are some captcha issues at present but it's down to Google's rating of your IP rather than anything we're doing.

If you can add your cases to https://www.unibetcommunity.com/foru...comment-337187 then it'll help us push for it to be looked at as a priority.
