It's moving and resizing tables so it would be considered an interaction with the client. Having said that, we're not actively looking for players using it just now. I don't think it offers players any advantage and I think there is a strong argument that it actually improves overall game speed for everyone a fraction because players are not messing about moving tables.
The team at Jurojin also appear to be open to editing the software to suit so if, in future, we decide one of the functions of the program is giving an unfair advantage we can request it removed for Unibet. They proactively disabled the hotkey functions when they were released so they don't work on Unibet, for example, so they appear to not want to ruffle any feathers and are aware of our policies.
The zero tolerance policy on 3rd party software is something that would have made a lot of sense when it was introduced but, along with downloadable HH, may be something we need to revisit at some point. More players appear to be more savvy when it comes to multi-siting and as legislation continues to change regarding things like table caps and deposit limits we probably need to make sure our policy on tiling software specifically isn't actually becoming a deterrent for today's player.
