i must say i am disappointed in your coworkers

in the live chat they were nice and fast but in the office nobody doing anything in my case. i sent in the documents they asked and was told in a few days it will be done.
since then already contacted the live support twice in the last 2 weeks. and they told me they are checking/verifying my docs.

we are speaking of 2 printscreens of my new and old neteller account which shows my name/address etc... what is so hard to match with my data i've registered to unibet??
i can change my registered email on unibet to match my new neteller account email but i was told do not needed.

i am so helpless and frustrated!

i would appreciate if you could look up what's happening!

Have the leaderboard payouts been sent yet? I think i haven't received mine for last week as well, at least its not in the history. Also can i get my cash game results per stake for july and august please. Alias maipet.

Week 5 was definitely sent out, I'll be doing week 6 today. Checked your account and you received a cash payout for week 5 on the 10th of August just after 3pm CEST.

All players earn rakeback in the same way. You complete challenges at the cash/SNG table or just play Hexapros/MTTs, you get challenge points for the play and at certain thresholds you get a reward (rakeback).

Is there anything to do in regards to the random disconnects? Perhaps give more time to come back, it is always very close if I have time or not to come back and act in time. This is especially frustrating since it is on the site's end.

We've not had any reports of connectivity issues recently so I don't think it's going to be at our end. I'll need a copy of your poker_log file to check if there any recorded issues with your connection. You should be able to attach it to a PM here.

Do you play on WiFi? Are there many other users sharing your connection?

Ah ok weird. I am playing with cable and other sites I am playing in the moment don't disconnect, that's why I was saying it's the site.

It has been a few days since it happened and don't remember exactly when so I will wait for the next time it happens and send it.

It's not weird I also play via cable and have disconnect at least two time in a session. That's reality but they don't listen customer so who cares

I'm happy to look into any connection issues if you are having them. We absolutely do care if you're having issues because we want you to have a stable playing experience but if we can't see any network issues at our end and 99.999% of players are having no issues then we have to look at the other end of the connection first for causes of the issue. The list of things that could be affecting your stability include: -

- Out of date wifi/network card drivers
- Out of date or obsolete Windows/MacOS software
- Congested/poor wifi signal
- Damaged or poor quality network cable
- Out of date router firmware
- Congested internet connection

There is also the possibility that it is neither your or Unibet's end that's the problem. Issues at the ISP or hardware/routing issues somewhere during transit will also cause issues. If I do a trace to Google from the office the data goes through 9 different bits of hardware (at least) to get there, you only need one of them to have an issue or be slow for you to start experiencing issues.

I too have daily connectivity issues with the client and I'm on a stable 100 Mbps fiber connected to ethernet. All tables stop for a few seconds and then the client reconnects fairly quickly.
This don't usually lead to hands getting folded, but is irritating nonetheless. It has been like this for ages and only on Unibet.

On top of that the client have started to randomly crash lately. Just got my AA (ID 1297011313) folded versus a flop donk bet although I logged in as fast as I could

No, nothing to share on this one. Main reason not to do it is "ecology and level playing field"; who will benefit from it? Even if it was anonymized, having detailed stats on the player pool also has some value, and we don't have forced avatar/identity change.
That being said, it is something we're seriously considering adding, but it's not a priority right now.

Regarding the disconnection problems. I don't see how to attach a file here or in a PM on here. Please tell me where the option is if someone knows. I sent it to support via email but the person who answered didn't look at it and thought I was talking about disconnecting on the website and suggested to switch browser... (lol)

I am pretty sure the problem is not on my end because it never happens on the other sites I am playing at the same time. Also I see people posting on here the same thing. I also see, sometimes at the exact same moment as me, sometimes a bit after or a bit before me, other players at the table experiencing the same, disconnecting for a brief period of time and then coming back just barely in time to act, or sometimes not.

The thing that is most annoying is that the time given to come back is very very close in regards to if you are going to have time to act or you are going to get folded. And even when you come back in time, you just have to click the first thing that comes to your mind because you are scared about getting folded and are not sure if you are going to have time. Also I usually play on 4 to 6 tables so that adds another thing. If we cannot figure out what the problem is, I suggest at least adding more time to come back and act when disconnects like this happen, 15 seconds more would be good I feel.

The disconnection part of the timebank will be improved (likely early next year).

You can find people complaining about disconnects with any poker client. I've been doing 8 hours of straight connection and reconnect testing, and not a single disconnect occurred while I had successful pings to the Google DNS. However, even though I'm on a 1gbit wired connection, got an expensive network adapter etc., I did experience two minor disconnects, due to an issue with my ISP. Spotify streaming as well as a football game running on the 2nd screen worked fine, as it was a very short issue and the buffering meant there was no impact on anything but the poker client.
One interesting thing to note is also that poker clients handle disconnections very differently. On 888 for instance you can be without a connection for 15 seconds, and everything will appear fine, despite the lack of connection to the server. On Stars, Party and in our client, you'll generally be notified within a few seconds, but the clients don't behave in an identical fashion.
Our software's reconnect ability is almost identical to the other clients I tested.

All that being said, we do of course also have network/server issues on our in once in a while, but if you're having multiple daily disconnects, you should do some testing on your end. I recommend that you download and run a small application called winmtr (it's essentially a combined ping and tracert, so it'll tell both the performance and where things go wrong) - it's very simple - and when you start your next session, you set it to ping 8.8.8.8 and let it run for the full duration of your poker session. If you then send me the result from this as well as your log file, I can advise you further and/or investigate internally. If you can't attach to a PM, just upload to wetransfer or dropbox, or I can give you my email.

NB I don't know where you're from, but our servers are in Europe, so if you're for instance in North America or Asia, that would also explain it, as it'll naturally cause a high ping and make the connection much more fragile.

Hmm, I dont even consider that being an argument. Its an anonymous player pool, good luck putting in time to study your opponents when they can change their SC with literally one click. I been playing on Unibet on and off for 3 years and on low and midstakes ppl change their SC all the time.

My overall experience on your client and trust for you as a company would increase if you made my HH available. It would be a very effective way for regs to track their wins/losses and also another (I have no idea how you try to prevent it rn) way to discover collusion. I dont know what the standard is for anonymous sites and HH but I know that a few sites give it out at least. All the best!

I have disconnects too. With cable (everything is updated etc). When i am playing on other sites or videogames i don't have any connection problems.

Its not big problem for me, but i would like to have a little bit more time for reconnecting/restarting unibet software
