I'll be leaving Unibet at the end of the month and will not have access to a work laptop after tomorrow afternoon. I wanted to personally thank everyone that has posted feedback/issues or lurked in this thread for the last 3 years and the 3k or so posts I've been looking after. It's been a privilege to follow on from Patric and Andrew in keeping this direct line of contact between the customer base and the team alive and kicking. It's an invaluable tool in helping shape future development, report issues and collaborate on optimising the product to be the best it can be.

I'm very sad to be leaving a role that has never felt like work, has been very rewarding and has given me so many opportunities to grow and develop professionally and personally in such a short time. It's been a one in a million opportunity to turn my passion as a player/customer into a full-time job and to be able to do it for a product and team I believe are making decisions with a player first mentality whenever possible, even if that means sacrificing some company profit, has been a complete joy. I hope things like the new MTT schedule/series that have been implemented over the last 8 months have created a positive thumbprint on the product and you enjoy them as much as I did creating them.

I know you're wondering, and no, I didn't get fired After the birth of my second child last year we made the decision that returning to Scotland would be the best for the family and unfortunately we were unable to find a solution where I could continue to be employed by Kindred from there. It's not all doom and gloom though, I'll be working for Relax Gaming from June 1st in a tournament related role so I won't be far away and will probably monitor the thread in case anything MTT related comes up.

The thread will be monitored officially now by the wonderful Marion, our new Poker Operations Manager, so it will business as usual going forward... although she's much nicer than me so the trolls might not get as rough treatment as they're used to

1. Google the Unibet general T&Cs, hit ctrl+f and type Israel. If you get a result, you can't sign up. This is how I normally check.

2. Just try registering and if your country is in the drop-down when you put your address in, you're good to go.

Something very weird happened this morning. I had a stack between 200-300 bb on plo25. When I left the table this wasn’t added to my balance. On top off that the hands weren’t present in my history. Can u please look into this? I lost my trust after this case tbh

I was wrong. I confused 25 with 10 plo. The hands were present in the handhistory. My apologies for my post. I should say that I lost trust in my brains 😅

Has anyone else had constant issues with bad design of the 'Fold to any bet' button? I can't tell you how many times I've had to painfully fold the nuts because this button.

This desperately needs changing.



Issue: All other buttons (check, raise etc.) when pressed can be cancelled by moving the cursor away from the button and releasing. When pressing the 'Fold to any bet' button, there is no way to cancel the action as the action doesn't complete until you lift the button, where-ever the cursor is. The major issue is this button will suddenly appear so its really easy to mis-click it.
