table prioritisation doesn't work for me

Hi Andrew, delighted about all of the improvements that you are making, with regard to the challenges, one crucial question from me. If a challenge is discarded will it re-appear later in the month or is the software intelligent enough to know that you don't want to play that challenge? The killer this month for me was "Fold or raise when facing a 4 bet x3" this was way harder than it was badged. I had this earlier in the month, then as these things are random it reappeared a few days later, just to really annoy me.....again. If the challenge is discarded for the month then this is great, if not then could it be? otherwise you may only be getting temporary relief. Thanks as always, Adrian

sorry to be a jerk, but i'm wondering why people don't e-mail support to change these tickets?

105441920 was the first one when I initially got seated and 105442089 was the second hand after the shortie had busted and the other player got moved over.

Another possible glitch, not sure if that is exclusive to the Mac though (latest version on there). Regged for the Unibet Open 1€ Turbo Sat (#903451) about half an hour prior to the start. When it was time for the event to kick off, my table opened in very tiny size and I basically had to manually close the window and restart the software client in order for the game window to open properly in the last previously used size. (Took screenshot as usual).

Wasn't the first time this happened either.

I think this ticket change thing isn't really official. Andrew has godlike power and can do it but normal support guy can't.

I don't like it, too. And I think it's a big issue. Not everyone is a 2p2 user and can change tickets.
It isn't his job to change tickets all the day and what happens if he says no? Everybody cries^^

I hope they build a ticket shop. Maybe with some kind of fee- 50 Points for every exchange ot something like it.

The tracking is determined upon creation of the account and cannot be retagged on the vast majority of all online poker sites. I highly doubt either that Unibet would be willing to do so for an existing account, as it would reduce their profit margin.

I started playing a week or so ago on unibet enjoying it do far. One common thing I've seen though is other players sit out / leave soon after doubling up through me. With the table grouping mechanism are they prevented from leaving table and then joining another table with less funds? Basically can they get diverted back to my table? What if their seat is already taken? I'm a bit confused as to how the seating process works for cash games

I tested this abit (leaving tables not doubeling up and leaving) and when you leave a table and join back in about 1-5 min you get seated at the same table. I think the site remembers your seat for a few minutes before giving it to somebody else to prevent going over tables doubleing up and leaving . It is ofcourse tilting that people leave right after a double up but there is nothing you can do about it :'(

Entered the DoubleTrouble and it said 32/32 entrants even after hours and reopnening the lobby several times, as 100 places were payed and i was busy doing something else i shoved a few times even with AA no one called, then i did get a call and exit 221 place and the lobby says 32/32 even after i am out.

I guess I started around NL50 at the beginning of the quarter. Currently i'm playing mostly NL200 but also some NL400 and PLO100. Around 7/8 tables for 4/5 hours a day (wild guess) .
