Could any one share what the time frames are like for withdrawing from SWC to your bitcoin wallet? Is it same day within hours?

I believe they process withdrawals manually, three times a day.

Every few hours. I've made 30-40 withdrawals and never waited over 4 hours.

I have done it several times and it has taken just a few hours. Certainly less than a day.

Not sure if I screwed up here.

Bought some BTC from Circle.
Generated a request and a receiving address from my local client (bitcoin-core) and transferred from Circle to that receiving address.
Noticed bitcoin-core is still doing its initial sync.

Did my money disappear? or will it show up in the bitcoin-core client when the sync completes?

How are the 100NL and 200NL games in comparison to other U.S. sites?

SNIP

This is all sorted, I got in, got the deposit confirmed (via Multibit Classic as an intermediary) & played a few hands. I'm all good... already liking the site better than Bovada

I can't comment on other sites, but on swcpoker .50/1 no limit holdem, I've seen a guy open shove 200 big blinds with 85o. Of course, that's not the norm, but **** happens.

Also, welcome Annorax. Stop by the chatroom and introduce yourself.

I seem to be stuck on a Chinese table with no other players & can't get my chips off it. How can I get it to let me leave the seat?

Two ways:

Close the window (table) with the X button
There is a "leave seat" button under the X button

Neither of those worked, I had to wait for it to kick me off the table.

How does the reward system work for sit and goes?

I remember reading something about sitting first for cash games.

Seems like traffic is verrry low after finally installing the software to check it out.
With almost no heads up sit and goes in over 20 hours with buy in <$10

Yeah I've seen that happen to people a few times on OFC tables.

The fix is what you did, just sit out and it will kick you off the table after a few minutes.

The rewards system on SwC is called Krill.

You earn Krill by paying rake, and that determines your rakeback % and gets you entry in to various levels of freerolls. When you get 500 you can change your chat color.

For tournaments I believe Krill is calculated as the square root of the entry fee, then multiplied by 2.

The tablestarter rakeback for cash games is 50% rakeback for hands that have either 2 or 3 players dealt cards at a table with 6 or more seats.

Everyone is eligible for that promo, and you don't have to be one of the first players at the table to get it.

An example would be playing at a full 6max table when 3 players leave. There are now 3 players left, so everyone gets 50% rakeback on hands played until a 4th player joins.

I can't help with the HU SNG action question because I don't play them myself.

You may have already figured it out, but in your tournament's lobby there is a "Request Action" button. Clicking that creates a link to your game in the main chat room. You can click that once every 5 minutes to advertise and get someone to join you.

Awesome, thank you very much for the information.
I definitely didn't get deep enough into the software to find the request action button. Only looked at the structures rake etc. The rake is like.. ridiculously low and backwards compared to most sites.
Being that the slower games have less rake than say hyper games

I like the bitcoin options so next time i have a large amount in my wallet i'll throw some on here.

There's no need to sign up through anything but the main site when I create my account correct?

Yeah, I think there are a lot of new players that don't notice because it's not a normal feature for a poker site.

So for anyone that wasn't aware, when you register for a tournament you can click this button:

And it creates a link in the main chat lobby like this:

At a cash game table the action request button looks like an exclamation point at the top right of the table:

Hmm, which level were you looking at where the hyper rake was higher than the normal? If it was it was probably an error that they would fix.

Yeah, affiliates aren't able to give extra rakeback for signing up through them. You can choose to use someone's link or give their screen name as a referral, but you won't really be missing out on anything if you don't.

I was mistaken, it seems just around the $200 stake they have Regular-Turbo-Hyper-Lightning

For hyper it is (197.5+2.50) but lighting is (197.25+2.75)
Then Turbo and regular both are (197+3) witch is a really good rake % for those games.

The hyper and lightning appear to be the same rake % at most lower stakes. Not sure why the $200 is an exception.

Late reply so it's already gone through by now, but for anyone's future refererence... deposits take 1 confirmation.

On average that should be about 10 minutes - but there's variance in when the next block is mined so it could take less than a minute or an hour.
