Most clubs have a limit of 5k per week, so if I'm correct they expect you to keep 80% in your account and withdraw little by little?
it's depending mostly on your agent again. I'm not aware of any 5k restriction to players so it's definitely not standard. if you win the elusive 40k you should be able to cash out those 40k once the results of last week come in (monday, tuesday). If you can't cash out those funds it's more likely that your agent has a liquidity problem than anything else

again this is an agent issue. if agent is guaranteeing your winnings it should not matter to you what kind of bullshit happend in the background you still should get paid asap. However if your agent told you that he isn't guaranteeing in case of any background scams this would be a problem.

I'm aware of 3 bigger unions currently, Diamond and Panamericana (US) and AsianBros (AUS); as far as I can tell there weren't any (bigger) scams in any of those 3 so far and the US unions are around for quite a while now and seem to be managed quite professionally. Over time and with all the hype there will be most likely more unions and clubs opening shop and there will always be some black sheep. If you play you should always discuss with your agent if he guarantees your deposits and winnings dependant on where you play

you have the misconception that people want to get money into a bankaccount at any cost. Most people don't want to do that. Especially with the coming recession. So alot of people will just store the win in BTC, exchange BTC for cash at localbitcoins etc, move btc into stable coins BUT very few people will try to move their big cashout to a bank

Alot of agents will give you whatever they can get away with. So if they can get away with giving you no rb they will do so. Agents are in this at pure selfinterest for the most part as well and trying to max out their EV. Whatever rb they give to players comes directly out of their own bottomline. also all deals vary so some agents might have deals where they get maybe 60% and others might only have deals where they have 30%. This money then will be split with players as they see fit (or can get away with)

opening a club is pretty easy. getting connected, building player pool, infrastructure for payments, support etc will be the more challenging aspect
