Depends on their deal, I've never heard of the BBJP fee coming from RB monies agent gets but guess it could be.

Some clubs have winner's tax, chip valuables than $1, etc....

Haven't played on PokerBros for a while but I had the same problem @Evo_PSY . I would rake over $1k+ every week and still only get like $190 that week even though I was meant to have 25%-30%. I even tried moving agents, same thing happened. Its either all the agents doing the same kind of scam (seems unlikely IMO) OR the unions rake system is really ****ed up and most of the rake we pay isn't eligible for rakeback (either through BBJP fee or something else).
That was one of the reasons I left PokerBros tbh...

+1 to maybe/maybe not, but another thing to be aware of is that in most unions, 70% of the rake of each hand is attributed to the loser(s) of the pot, and only 30% of it is attributed to the winner. Not sure what settings you're using in PT4 or what union(s) you're playing in, but this could be a factor as well.

Holdem manager and pokertracker are inaccurate because they see bbj fee as rake and because losers get attributed more rake. Just ask for screenshot for fee total per week. Pretty sure they are not skimming, just wrong rake numbers from trackers.

I tried for 30 minutes to figure out how to post a saved screenshot from my pc but couldn't get it to work.
All it shows is rake and above it just says "sort by fee."

My agent sent me a video of him going through the app and sorting my accounts by fee. He wasn't skimming off the top, the bbj just takes a **** ton of rake.

I had a similar problem with an agent who was supposedly giving me 30% rakeback. Since the amount I was receiving each week seemed much lower than what I expected, given my volume, I switched agents, and, I’m not exaggerating, my rakeback, on an ostensibly slight better 40% deal, increased by 7x! While I’m now playing a little higher (from 0.20/.40 to 0.5/.1) my average weekly rake back is currently 10x what it was. My old agent still maintained nothing was awry (e.g., suggesting the rake cap in the new union was higher, etc.), but I found this explanation did not come close to accounting for the large discrepancy. It’s disheartening when petty actions such as skimming occur, not least because most agents appear to also be poker players. I feel uncomfortable airing this ”dirty laundry”, but strongly believe that unethical behaviour like this is damaging to the online poker eco-system, particularly as it is unregulated (in more regulated domains such behaviour would be called theft). In other words, we need to acknowledge that bad actors exist and that they should be responsibly and fairly outed.

This is incorrect. Clubs have different rules. I have to pay a winner's tax in one of the clubs I have and not three others.

Clubs have different rules/fees. I dropped one that had a chip valued as $.75.

The best thing to do is ask for a weekly screenshot up front, before you start working with the agent. Something like "yeah my last agent skimmed me, so I just like to have a SS for reference." You won't have an established relationship with your agent in the beginning, so it will not be awkward/accusatory.

Ahh didn't know this. That sucks then, should definitely have a min hands requirement.

Very worried. It's easy to collude and there have been some issues with a few clubs but there are also reputable agents that have done well for people.
Games are good, rake is huge, collusion is easy, RTA is easy, you are depending on some person you don't know to send you money. That is the app scene in a nutshell.

Rake in PT4 is slightly high due to the BBJ, but no where near the difference you're talking about.

It's possible it's a tracking issue though. Update your tracker + converter, take a look at HHs and make sure rake is being recorded correctly, and that there is no duplicates.

(If you are observing a lot of tables and importing hands, this can be a problem).

when i play sit n goes on bros, the timer pops up and beeps when its my turn almost instantly, it gives me like 2 seconds, so everytime its my turn i hear the damn timer buzzing noise, does anyone know how to turn this off ? This only happens in sit n goes, its fine in MTTs

The emulator freezes when i sit alone in a table. It used to happen a few in the past, but now its about 3/4 times per session and im losing way too many bbs (someone else sits and since im not able to see anything he just takes my blinds until im sitout).

Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Does a replayer work for you? once I was lucky and loaded but 90% of the time its not.

Does anyone know whether there is anything wrong with Diamond Union? I asked my club agent for a payout last Monday. It has been a whole week and I still haven't got it. I was told it is because the union is slow and owe the club a large amount of money. I only request like $1000, not anything large. It is hard to believe whatever the situation is would cause trouble of paying out $1000.

I've heard of nothing about Diamond that would cause concern. Honestly, your agent should be able to cash you out same day for that amount

Anyone here playing multiple pokerbros accounts at the same time with bluestacks? Having troubles opening the second instance and keep getting this error message, Bluestacks tries to load but gets stuck and not open.

Also not sure if I should be doing a fresh instance or clone for the second one and if i could change to gps to different places for each instance?
Trying to play 6-8 tables instead of just 4 between diamond and Sapphire so not sure if they would care if the gps is the same or not.

This is definitely an agent issue. 1k is a small amount of money relative to how much is settled between the clubs in Diamond union.

After being accepted to private owner groups and viewing a lot of info. it is mind blowing how unions can even stay afloat. Clubs defaulting on payments to the union and being in debt. Then you got scammers trying to to steal other people's money by misrepresenting who they are.

And then you have numerous clubs who form their own new unions because they get kicked for scamming in their previous union and they all come together as a super scam from the Union Head down For real if people knew how much scandal happens behind the scenes they wouldn't play. Wish I didn't see half of what I did because I was playing there alot, then just finally said no more this **** going to go up in flames soon and the next software will emerge and start the whole cycle all over again. Yet some how the USA don't see all the money switching hands and just regulate and get a piece of the pie.
