I played on Phenom before too, but the software is extremely frustrating. Basic things are missing or broken (like proper sound effect settings, auto-reload not working) and they still haven’t been fixed, even though they were reported many months ago.

Phenom has potential long-term, but ignoring core usability is pushing players away.
Instead of fixing fundamental gameplay issues, the focus seems to be on low-priority features.

Hello! We have responded to this player via our support channels. If you click a phishing link without your 2FA turned on, you will likely lose your funds, unfortunately and there's nothing we can do about that. We have found no evidence that the scammers had inside information. If this is the case, we assume they would have only targeted the largest wallets, and this didn't appear to be the case.

Allowing staff to play keeps the team closely connected to real gameplay, which helps us identify issues, test features in live conditions, and improve the platform based on actual player experience.

You will need to select USDT on the Polygon (POL) network. Make sure you're withdrawing to a wallet that accepts USDT on the POL network. It can't hurt to send a small amount to test it first if you're unsure.

You can also use site support if you need additional help.

You can find your rakeback in the Portfolio tab of the Token Dashboard.

So, Token Dashboard -> Portfolio.

You will have to send it to your player wallet, there is a "Send to Player Wallet".

Site is back up and running. Cash games have been live again for a couple days now.

Tournaments will be returning shortly.

We've completed our security review, identified the source of the issue, and made the necessary updates to ensure everything is safe and stable moving forward.

I really want to like Phenom as I'm a big fan of Mix games - however, about 95% of the time I can't even join a table to play, constantly met with a "failure to join table" pop up. Or the other day I actually got a seat but then there was an error adding chips so I still couldn't play, so tilting. Do Phenom even have any engineers working on their site I'm guessing if Isildur has a problem they're bending over backwards and fixing it super-quick... this is the trouble when poker players run a business, they have no clue or don't even give a **** about the absolute basics, see Full Tilt etc

Hello there, as a very frequent sender of USDT via Ethereum, I had never used the polygon network to send USDt before using your platform. Therefor it was an inevitable mistake for me to send to my polygon address on the ethereum network… Your Support staff directed me to the recovery portal where I am able to see the correct balance of the USDt, but I am continuously met with the same errr message when trying to complete the transfer… It has been almost 2 weeks now i have been waiting for the developers to address this issue and I was LITERALLY just told by your support staff that issues like mine “have to take a backseat”. NO WONDER why your player volume is so sad. A little bit of customer appreciation goes A LONG WAY!
Telling a member of any organization that they have to “take a back seat to more important matters” is bound for failure and any knowledgeable CEO/business owner understands this very simple concept…
CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THE NUMBER 1 PRIORITY! Are you KIDDING ME? Everything else should ALWAYS take a backseat to providing the best possible customer service!
I would have been very proactive in pushing my referrals to bring in as many players as i could, but now I am determined to close my account and spread the word to STAY AWAY from your platform the moment your developers finally GET AROUND to resolving my issue and getting me back my money… What an incredible disappointment to something that seemed so promising

That really sucks to hear, the support has always been really good for me and I've heard the same from many other players on the site.

I think they have been working on a recovery tool or something for your specific situation.
