Click the stack of poker chips when someone makes a bet or the amount beneath your name, and it will correct itself. I've noticed it does this initially, it might be a small bug or something.

I'm probably in the minority.... but i don't want to have to be a blockchain/crypto expert to play poker. It feels like the majority of the focus is on the crypto tech side. I understand the legal restrictions and other reasons why the site is set up this way.... but it's definitely exclusionary for someone like me. I want to register, but I don't see how im gonna be comfortable enough to ever engage with the client to the extent necessary. Anyway, thats what the barrier for entry feels like for someone like me.

I'm again, probably in the minority in terms of who they're excluding, but I also put in a ton of volume every single day on other sites... so they'd want me. I used to play on SWC back in the day, but I think all of this token stuff feels like probably a step too far for me. I'm too old... and not smart enough I guess.... again thats what it feels like for me. Sucks. I love the game offerings, and I hope they have success.

I've been around crypto for a long time but I'm far from an on-chain expert. the first deposit I made here, forgot to select the proper network and nuked it off into the abyss

to be 100% honest with you, for me personally, it was easiest to use bitcoin cash. after I floated that initial deposit off tyring to use the polygon network I went back to what I know. I've used BCH a lot on bonition because its fast and cheap. was able to grab some and easily send it over for next to nothing.

The extent of my poker/crypto experience was using coinbase, getting banned from coinbase, finding another wallet, using that to fund SWC and then using a BTC ATM to withdrawl when necessary when BTC was at $300 ... oh so long ago, lol.

I'm not looking to hijack the thread and turn it into a crypto thread.... but yeah for sure that's the barrier for entry for me. I don't want a massive learning curve both in knowledge or in -EV cost of doing exactly what you described of either sending the money into never, neverland or losing my wallet passcode? or god knows what else i've done. I just want to play poker and if I win $15, I have $15. I understand there's an opportunity cost to having games available and being able to play the wide array of mixed games they offer. Its why I'm so tempted, but without someone holding my hand with this stuff, I just don't know. It's a steep re-learning curve.

Anyway, thanks again for the response. Like I said, not trying to hijack/derail the thread, but wanted to provide some feedback to the company itself (because I like everything I'm hearing regarding the client offerings) from someone who's played online for years.... currently plays online every day and wants to play on here... but is struggling to take the next step.

You are not the minority; many people don't know how to deposit on this site. I brought it up before launch. I had no idea how to buy any crypto... complete noob.

I ended up watching some of their tutorials and figured out how to get some funds on there.
- Deposit on a crypto exchange
- then withdraw to a defi wallet
- had to switch POL to USDT ( had to do this because I think exchanges in my area didn't allow USDT directly )
- then send to my Phenom Wallet

Definitely not straight forward. Most players have a credit card or something and just want to put money on and play. Crypto adoption is growing, they've added other crypto deposit methods. More and more players will eventually get money on there, but I agree it is the biggest issue holding this site back.

Like many before have said, just join the Discord. Someone will babysit you through the process and then you'll know how to do it. You won't find a poker site with a more helpful and interactable team.
