I do agree that the biggest benefactors will be bots and collusive players. Without HUD and player's monitoring such behavior, the environment will be rich for bots who play perfect GTO. They will destroy the recreational players with no defense.
Collusion will also be near impossible to monitor.
I tend to agree traffic will decline, but disagree with 90%. More like 20-30%. Most recreational players don't care much about the HUD, many don't even know what it is.
There is a specific subgroup of players who are more familiar with poker but are considered "recreational" players. These players will be happy. The proportion in terms of the entire community I think they are about 10% of the total ecology.
When you add up all the sums of the equation, I firmly believe traffic will drop, as multi-tablers and regs account for 75-80% of the total ecology, and I believe a decent amount will leave.
