Party's software sucks so much. Today I got disconnected from some of my tables but not all of them. I could still play on a couple while the others had the little status bar as they tried to reconnect.

this is so ****n true...I still dont get how such a big site can run such a crappy useless software.

yet their support did ASSURE us (assure is a big word, mind you) that there were no rare cities...

I think this is more than misleading, it is untrue

i dont know what they are doing with their software, but its not good

this has been a feature in their software for years. if you email them you will get a reply that the problem is in your end. just try and see

true, i left party years ago but would've expected some of these things to be solved by now, i mean... when i left them for other sites the iphone hadn't even been invented... technology evolves and party doesnt,

i guess a few years on good software kinda spoiled me

finally I got my refund but no answer on my questions.

no official statement how it is possible that everybody gets disconnected again and again and again but their software is saying......everything is fine and works very good. aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

returned to party this month after playing on FT for the last year - what are most party promos like?

in a word - ****ed

most are 5-20% extra rb depending on how much you grind. then they have more of these lottery type promos sometimes like this month and this month they also ****ed up the promo nicely

for the last year the promos have been quite clear and good imo after having some very unclear ones early 2010 (or around that time)

hope they learn their lesson from this month again

addition: in may party ran their gladiator promo. if you raked $600 for 30 out of the 31 days in May you got either 10k wsop package (55% rb) or 7k in cash (38% rb) and these are on top of the vip program. i think that was one of the best returns you could get for a month on party in the last 12 months

The shop has been updated, macb pro's, imacs and stuff. Think it's fairly cheap to buy a 13 inch macbook pro when you are elite (13230 points). Would still be stupid to not buy cash bonuses though...

Im underage (17) and have been playing on pokerstars and full tilt for quite some time. I just decided to sign up for partypoker and deposited 500 (stupid i know)- so my account got blocked (never happened on stars on full tilt). What can i do to get my money back? 500 is a lot of money to me. I never got to play with the money and my parents are willing to help if that changes anything:S

palladium vips don't pay a fee. if you just moved to party recently and made palladium equivalent volume on another site ($4.5k rake in 3 mo.) you can email them and get upgraded immediately to remove the fees. if you're a recreational player and don't rake enough to hit that target, which isn't that hard, then yeah it sucks to pay those fees

and what about currencies exchange fees.. they dont remove them they have horrible exchange rate
