This is the problem, though - the only reason Amaya can get away with all of those changes is that there's no decent competition.

I tried bringing some of my play back to Party in the last week or so. Even played some of the Sunday MTTs this weekend. And then, yet again, we get crap like this.

If Party had just put together some half-decent software in the last 5-6 years, they would have a huge chunk of the market.

The priorities are so wrong it's laughable.

They're updating old spaghetti code from the 90s instead of rewriting a new client. I think this might have something to do with how inefficient their update process is. LOL

Spoke to support, they said that if your playing right now you are playing at your own risk if you get disconnected.

I then asked why you haven't told everyone that. He said it wasn't his call to make.

This is indeed a known issue and we are awaiting a fix



As you can see we are currently experiencing some serious issues, we are aware of all problems and understand the current player experience is not ideal

The team are working on a resolution and we hope to resume normal service as soon as possible

I will update as soon as I have more information/feedback to share

Funny how I cannot connect to poker tables.

Tried opening a casino game just to see... They seem to be running fine

To party rep:

As a customer I think it would be normal to see a clear message in your client telling us that the games are not stable, you cannot let people connect and put their money on the tables when your service is having HUGE issues.

Colette: Can you plz tell me why you are letting people play at all until you are 100 % sure(well I know 100% is impossible, but lets say 90%) everything is running normal? Now every hour its possible to play 5-10 minutes and then the site collapse and people is losing money because of the incapability you guys are showing here time after time after time...

I was able to log in and play this morning. Then I read the post that's a few pages back that says to never play on update day. Logged out, went shopping and for dinner. Came back, checked forums. tried to login to PP, unable to login now.

Seems like bwin is on a big push to promote the Casino side of things. Unfortunately it is the Poker side of things that is going to take the hit.

I am very happy that I decided not to play today.

Are you kidding me? Ofc I'm not blaming her and I am pretty sure she understands that too. But serious, She hasn't done especially much yet and we all know that Vas also was a real charmer (and many more Party_reps before him)in the beginning and look how he ended up! Its like if they all in the beginning are trying to be very kind and helpful, but during their journey in here they cant keep up with the unreal amount of problem, trouble and dissatisfaction that we are feeding them with. Hope Collete can stay strong ;-)

After the update the client wasn't showing my username and password when I logged in (I have it saved as I have little money there) and I couldn't find my password, so asked for it to be reset.

Well, I eventually got it sorted about 6 hours ago and managed to log in.

Since then I have had 20 more emails repeating the password assistance and successfully changed password stuff. Getting even more every hour now lol.

Yeah, she probably does understand. But when someone keeps hearing **** like "you are", "why are you...", etc, etc and its always something negative its going to have an effect on how much they care. So if it takes a couple extra characters on your keyboard, just do it. It's no extra effort.

My lobby is sitting there using 25% of CPU. It's stuck on the SNG's TAB, I think it was fine when on the cash games TAB, but after moving it to SNG's and shutting the lobby down it won't start up and I can't get at the buttons to get it off the SNG TAB. Graphics are all screwed up etc.
