I think we all should let Colette know that she is doing a great job relaying problems/concerns to the appropriate departments. Even though we bitch and complain a LOT about party poker, and for good reason, we're glad party put a competent and reliable support/staff member in this forum. Thanks Colette.

I wish to register my absolute disagreement with the new party poker client having the casino button second on the main menu.




If I want to play casino, I will make the effort to find it. To me this is just a way to encourage gambling and against what poker should be about.




I also point to one of your biggest rivals just losing one of their star sponsorship names due to casino being put on the client.




I urge you to remove it

It is absolutely unplayable atm. Disconnects every 5 min.

Colette: Now when u have taken away the transparency in the lobby and not showing which players who is sitting at the tables, you have forces med to join the scum bag army and get me a seating script. Well done, if this is what your goal is! As usual, I don't understand **** about all your weird implements.

Just got disconnected when having 3bet AA vs rec superfish, flopped topset and got disconnected on river when fish bet and I lost pot. Will I be compensated?

I was playing with tablescann turbo and partycaption... partypoker crashed and I went to watch tv...
I have a filter in partypoker in order to play only nl100... but when partypoker began to work again (while I was watching tv) the fuc***ng software changed my filters and tst opened 11 tables nl25 to nl1k
I know that I am stupid because I didnt close partypoker... in nl100 I only lost 17 uds, but in the another tables...

I doubt you would get a refund, but if you email support and show that screenshot and tell them what happened....ask for a $100 reload bonus or something. I'm sure they would give it to you. Best chance of success is probably calling...

I always knew that these guys were bad at managing maintenance and downtimes, but they took the thing to a whole new level.

I can't login. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the software but the software won't even install. i guess they've got some bugs to work out.

I personally don't know ***t about programming but I know there are guys here who are good at it. So, since I'm curious my question to you are how incompetent you'd have to be in order to *** it up this bad EVERY single time you release an "update"? How is it possible, I am really interested in someone giving me an answer to this, thx!

2 or 3 weeks back when I`had been disconnected for the 40-50th, maybe 100th time, I decided to finally contact with the support and describe the whole situation (maybe get a refund). I had been involved in the hand from which I was literally folded out , because I couldn`t make any action. I had KQ on QJxx after my opponent decided to check back the flop. Then he bet the turn and my hand was folded. I described that I`ve lost 70$ pot having probably at least 80% equity on the turn, and that was the answer.

"As far as the hand itself is concerned, we see no showdown so we cannot refund you on potential winnings, it could be that your call or your raise is called and you lose on the river after the showdown"

Of course the main question is, why the f*** I need the refund if there is a SD, and how they would calculate my "potential winnings". The scenario when my call is called I leave without a comment. It`s just beyond any imagination, how incompetent people works there. The question is if the owners don`t know what is going on or is it their way of making business.

Looks like the token issue is a common problem. I have the same. I have e mailed support. I don't want to risk de-activating, so will wait for fix.

Its been back and forth all day. In and out. Dont risk it. I thought it could stay connected but foolish me..

but they did an excellent job of an refunding, within 30 min. I gotta say thats some good support there

If only software ran 100% the time they could give PS a run for their money in the future, especially because of all the changes taking place at PS imho anyways
