Profits were down from 29m euros in 2009 to 19m euros in 2010, although the casino, sports betting, and bingo profits were up. There were a few able to log in and steal the blinds last night. They wont want to give the money back, and Party Poker were obviously unable or unwilling to pause the tournaments or cancel them in time. If those who stole the blinds keep their profits, how much would it cost Party Poker to compensate those who lost out? It wouldn't be too much out of that 19 million. Compare that to the damage done to their reputation and bad feelings brewing with online poker fanatics. With FT out of action this is a time where they could have built a stronger base.

Party's ad on 2+2 for their rake-free promo doesn't go down, so at least there's no disconnection problem there.

However, if I were a restaurant owner and didn't have enough wait staff to properly serve my current clients, I am not sure If I'd run a promo to try to bring in additional customers.

lol so in your opinion a site having disconnect problems and dealing with it horribly is worse for you than a site that first screwes their US customers, were very slow in processing their non US customer's withdrawals and then just closes down completely without any advance warning etc etc etc is somehow a better site?

I'm going to guess no. Their server has screwed up multiple times over the past 6 months. I've complained numerous times but it just doesn't seem to be a priority. In their defence I've never been significantly out of pocket as a result (although a couple times they only refunded buy-ins and not lost equity).

one easy tip is not to play 24 hrs after their update though it seems they have more problems than usual at the moment

also it is obviously easier for cash game players to stop playing than donkament players

First of all i have my money on FTP as well like US cusotmers....so i'm with u....then i meant just about software...that's all

yes if you waited 15mins and it didn't come back you should assume that the tournament was cancelled and that you got whatever chip ev you deserved. or however it works

u know it's not for $100 or $200 dollars..but i don't like when it's not fair the situation and the support answer you with nothing.....

I was playing...it's not fair then resume that tournament and stop. it's not fair..it's ****.....but there is any reference of PP here or not?

Dear PP-Team,

please do me a favoru: when I am taking a note on someone, and the action comes to a different table, the cursor always jumps to the table with the decision, even before I have finished taking the note. this is really annoying and could easily be fixed.

sometimes chat ive noticed is just not answering for 45min+ although they usually insta pick up...might be best to wait

if its urgent you can always call the toll free numbers

I have a feeling they just let me hang in there. More than 90 minutes now.

I just wanna know why they didnt cancel the tournies and why the software kept saying....everything is very good.

just dont wait m8.3 days in a row,i leave it on purpose for 3-4 hours being no1 in the queue and didnt get an answer.

The funny thing is,that a friend of mine,whenever he asks for live chat,after 2 mins he is talking with them.i mean wtf?and trust me i have paid so much more fkn rake than he has.
