Hi Paul.
I did not recieve the extra $25 bonus as compensation for the error during the bonus builder promotion. During an email exchange with a party representative I was told I would not recieve compensation. I directed them to this thread and your comments but have not heard a reply. How can I go about recieving my extra bonus?

Is everyone receiving the correct amount of bonus points for the happy hour promotion? Have been putting in some solid volume during the scheduled happy hour times each day yet under 'extra points' on the loyalty page it tells me I have only earned between 1-3 points each day which is definitely wrong.

many countries switched to summer time over the weekend so maybe they screwed up something with the timezones? they've been mixing CET and ET with the promos lately for some reason so maybe they screwed something up? wouldn't be the first time

A quick heads up. To reduce lobby clutter and streamline our offering we are removing some Sit & Go games that are rarely played.

- All tables with buy-in >$1,000
- $1,000 NLHE HU Turbo
- $500 NLHE 6Max Regular
- Full ring $200 & $500 NLHE (Reg+Turbo)
- $10 & $20 PLO 6Max Regular
- $10 7cS Regular

The games will be removed within the next 24 hours. If anyone has any feedback or suggestions on how to improve our SNG offering then please let me know and I'll pass it on to the relevant people.

had a random bug where I couldn't raise/call (and it had to be KK...), then few seconds later the raise/call/fold buttons disappeared, but my KK weren't folded while the players on the blinds weer already playing post flop :/
I watched how they leveled each other on 9high rainbow board with A9o vs J9s, and it was all at FT bubble.....
It was like a horrible dream, where you can't wake up.
Now I have to live with this trauma for the rest of my life......

Remove announcements at MTT tables
( or at least add an option to turn it off)

It hides players' action.

Example - decided to call min raise on BB and missed another player 3bet shoved his stack bc of announcement.

It's a good option but not all players need it.

The fee for withdrawals by VIP players is refunded automatically. However, currently due to a technical issue we are refunding withdrawal fees for VIP players manually. Please see our response posted to a similar query earlier by "isplashcranberrys".
As you correctly observed the tickets for which the target tournaments have not been scheduled or have been discontinued would appear as inactive or greyed out.
Request you to contact customer care and we would check your available tickets and covert to T$ any old tickets which have a buy-in however their target tourneys have been discontinued.
