I had this too, I talked to live support and I got a broswerpage I could do it from and it worked. I´m not sure but I think it just was their normal homepage

Yeah i have lot's of errors on bwin lately. Some mtt no HUD showing or when nearing final table HUD stops

Who else gets disconnected for 5-10 sec every 20 min or it is just my problem?

You are not alone!

u r disconnected when u hit any place in lobby. Just dont touch the lobby and u will be happy.

When disconnect trouble I click the top left poker lobby icon and connection returns. I think it has something to do with those social features.

Yeah, I get massive lag as soon as I touch the lobby or try to open a HH window whilst playing too.

Was playing on the other skin last few weeks. OMG didn't know it was this bad.

Quick easy fix for annoying white party tables :
- Copy the Table_Carpet.jpg file from any other skin (bwin/WPT ect) to :
- C:\Poker\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\NewGameTabl e
- Overwrite original file

Downloaded new software, signed up for STT.

Tournament starts, table tries to open but then can't. I get the message "your computer is missing files required to play on partypoker.com, please reinstall etc". Reinstalled 3 times, same error. Meanwhile I'm blinding out.

HM2 has created a bugticket HM-7471 for this check with them and look/ask for that number.

The problem occurs when the blinds go above 1000 the HH has changed and they have to modify their import script.

Even the $1k freeroll prize pool got worse

What did support say when you talked to them?

Has the other player made a deposit on his own before yet? If not I don't think player transfers work until they do.

I am a very recreational player under the name of 'luwinskii' on the Party Poker Network and as 'luwinski' on the PokerStars network. I was recently chilling in the front room on the iPad (2) with my partner as we watched TV. I noticed Party Poker had some software on the device so I decided to give it a whirl! Find enclosed a copy of the email I sent them along with screen shots with some very confusing stuff!

"I recently made contact with your chat service concerning a hand that depicted me as having a top set of aces but I did not and it paid out the other player who had JJ. I was told that you couldn't help me without a screenshot. I did not have a screenshot and there is no hand replayer on the iPad (as far as I can tell). This hand was #13259201311. I also had a similar problem with hand #13259339716 which showed me as having A7ss for top pair and the nut flush draw but I was beaten by a pair of eights on the river.

Please find enclosed 3 screenshots of two further hands with similar bugs. One shows me as having trip aces but I am actually holding air whilst the villain is apparently holding three of a kind 2s and the other that shows 2x the Ace of clubs in play (images labelled: 3OAK2s and 2xAc). The third image shows, as to the maximum of my knowledge, a chopped pot (both of us holding AA33Q) but with the villain winning the pot.

I've had nothing but issues with your software both on my PC and my iPad. You may notice a previous report I made earlier on today about losing some SnG buyins because of crashes and and failed log in screens. I have come up against a stubborn and unhelpful customer service team thus far and I hope that you can rectify all of my issues promptly."







Has anybody tested this software out and found similar issues with it? At the time I was using the iPad2 (the one prior to the retina one) with freshly downloaded software. I have been waiting 8 days for a response and still haven't had a response from tech@partypoker.com (please excuse my semi rant).

^ yes everyone is having the same problems or worse, bugs, slow email support, weak promotions, high cashout fees. better off playing on pokerstars imo

Sounds like Party's project manager and the developers in India did a great job on the new software.

Sigh! Maybe one day one of those poker companies will actually hire a project manager who knows something about poker and who will spot those ridiculous and basic bugs before the software is rolled out.
