There are 2 pools: fishy pool and reg pool. It isn't based that much on winrate but also how many tables you play for how long each day. So if you are a winner but you play only one table there is still a chance that you will get to the fishy pool. If you play a lot of tables and still suck you are in the reg pool despite that you suck.

Fish see all tables regs only like 60% of the tables (I am talking about 6-max).
If fish use the lobby then he/ she can chose your table and sit it however if they are using the find a seat system (which most fish do because they want to play fast) they are always seated at the fishy table that regs don't see.

There isn't any confirmed info cause Party decided not to bother even discussing with us. I hope that someone will answer you with better knowledge than me, might be impossible because we are all blind here and don't know what is going on. So no one can give you 100% reliable info.
Thanks for clearing it up, wow this is really disgusting. Explains why all the losing regs who are multitabling are still at my tables also.. I don't think i'll be playing here much longer. Any idea of any other sites that are doing this segregation nonsense so I know who else to avoid? Thanks again for replying

Just as I predicted, bwin.party revenue is going to poop as it has dipped to its lowest level in more than three years!

Revenue falls hard

Pokerfuse: bwin.party Latest Financials Show Poker Plunging
The parlous state of PartyPoker is revealed in bwin.party’s latest financials. An interim management statement with quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) shows a 56% fall in new online poker sign ups compared to Q1 of 2012. CEO Norbert Teufelberger had to report a 17% drop in total revenues with poker by far the worst performer.

These bad poker results are only up to the end of March. With the four tournament leaderboards, $1 million guaranteed tournament and daily qualifiers all being eliminated in early May, I predict that the second quarter will be even worse, as more former $4,500+ rake/quarter regs like me play poker elsewhere. Instead of wasting promotions on freerollers who don't even want to pay 50¢ rake, hopefully bwin.party and its suffering shareholders will realize the importance of attracting back rake-paying regs before it's too late.

Can you party_rep please explain to us why this "sticky mouse"-problem have not been fixed yet? I mean, it was reported like 3 months ago.

I know a guy that's in the othet pool and at the levels he plays (2/4-5/10) it's max 1 table on each level. So that regs only can see 60 % seems wrong. Maybe different on lower levels though

lool

This is part of their plan to keep regular multitablers away from their site (based on their extensive research).

So it will never be fixed!

did you try the fixes I posted before? I had the problem too but after doing them the sticky mouse problem disappeared

Quote:
1. Re-establish connection (receiver/mouse)

2. Go to device manager and just uninstall your mouse AND keyboard, directly connecting your mouse to the USB and then rebooting and letting it reinstall automatically.

3. Turn on/off the mouse trails, then go to refresh rate and increase it to 75 hz.

4. Change the mouse speed

5. Go to Control Panel then go to Mouse Properties under Hardware, then on Mouse go to "Pointers" and remove the checkbox from "Allow Themes to Change Mouse Pointers" and apply.
i'm not sure why any of that would fix anything but either that or something else that i randomly did fixed it for me

I thought I was going mad. I bet two streets on ace high flop with a set of 4s, to be bluff catched by jj

when the pot got shipped to villain my hand turned into 66 at showdown.

I just had my cards change at showdown as well. Not sure if it was both or just one since my T8 changed to JT.

I'd keep an eye out for them..

What does the hand history show?

I suppose there's no way of getting evidence of this unless you record video every session you play.

Well, Camon and coco seem to have disappeared from Party. Have they been banned? suspended? I would guess that recent changes haven't affected them enough, leader boards only provided a small amount extra, to make them leave of their own accord. vitja__ has upped his game numbers recently and was called a colluding **** in chat the other day by a normally untilting reg who said he should leave with the others. What have I missed? Any ideas?

The hand history shows the losing cards. I noted the hand history number and will e mail support.

Someone mentioned that playing a lot of tables causing lag could cause this. I was only 6 tabling at the time.

Luckily villain was a short stack, so only a small loss. It is tilting none the less.

How can they run software that does this? it's ridiculous in 2013

Sombody mentioned in another thread that they pay peanuts and end up with monkeys developing their software. Your only choice is to accept this or move on. God help you when they launch their new client software as you will all be paying to beta test it for them.
