Does anybody know why PartyTools wouldn't be working with the new update or what I can do about it (besides email support)? It seems to be completely non-functional.

I received a scripted reply claiming that "I'd like to inform you that we are aware of the problem and our technical team is currently working to solve it."

After the last two updates, the Replayer has stopped working, and the requested hand history via email gets cut off.

Are software/server problems the number one reason people don't like playing at Party?

I have just returned to party to find loads of players at 2/4 using auto seat software, main player is GLALIV ,he was using it 2 months ago when i left and still is now!! he auto sits to the left of the fish every time.

I tried reporting this to support and she said party was not aware of the issue!!

If i continue to see this over the next week or so i will be returning to pokerstars, I Know several player who have already left because of this.

I hope the party rep replies to this as partypoker is becoming riddled with this problem, honest players do not get to play with the fish anymore, only the people with this software do.

Party rep I was just sat down alone on a table and as soon as a fish sat he (GLALIV) sat instanly to his left, i will keep bombarding this thread until this problem is sorted out as it is a joke.

As a non-native English speaker, I find the emphasis and the whole context a bit weird. Unless seating scripts are considered AI and designed to play.

While someone at Party now actually seems to read the thread, why not take a look a modernizing/clarifying your "Unfair Advantage Policy" a bit, as it was "Modified/Created 17 August 2007" and slightly outdated (and was pretty ambiguous to begin with).

Indeed. "Opponent profiling" is too vague. I know most sites' terms and conditions are generally quite wishy-washy, but the Pokerstars website has an exhaustive list of software that is allowed, and another list of software that is prohibited. Some clarity from Party Poker would be welcome, even if it just said "head up displays/trackers are fine, table-scanning software is OK, but auto-seating scripts are not". It's hard to know who is breaking the rules, when no one's clear on what the rules actually are.

I'm not sure what your goals are but it would be so many hands and so many hours that you'd be better off walking the streets looking for copper coins that people have discarded.

The reason i'm asking is because i want to sign up at WPT poker for a free copy of HEM, anyways it should be around 100k at 4NL then?

It's been a long time since i got my copy from Party but previously you could only use hem or pt on Party if you purchased the one with points.

well 250 points is $125 rake, if rake is ~8bb/100 at $0.02/$0.04 thats ~40k hands
