Further to our phone conversation I would like to ask you to follow the steps below to resolve the log in issue:
1. Click on Start and go to Control Panel
2. Click on Regional and Language Options
3. Go to Languages tab and click on Details
4. Go to the Advanced tab and UN-check the option which says ‘Turn off advanced text services’
5. Click Ok to Save and try login again.
