Yes, Bwin basically stole everyone’s money and transferred it to this new entity in Malta, now those coming from the affected countries, have to jump through hoops, to get their money back. From what I understand, it’s a business not legal decision, but why not simply let people transfer accounts to Party or allow for cash out, prior to transfer to this new entity.
Again, the way I see it, the reason they did this, the way they did, is because someone got payed really well, for stealing people’s money and transferring accounts to this new entity. Which is basically a criminal act and local law enforcement should look into it. You can’t just take someone’s account balance and transfer everything to entirely separate entity, without their consent.
I am quoting you bellow, so you can hopefully get some answers, but I am not sure PP can help, looks like this was very much an internal Bwin decision.

Yesterday I've got moved from bwin to sportingbull because bwin no longer supports players from Croatia.
It was done without any notice and chance to cash out my funds.
My withdraw method of choice is skrill and there was 0% fee on bwin but now it's 4.9% on sportingbull. 4.9%!!!
I want a fair chance to withdraw my money to my skrill account without fee. That were the terms I had on bwin, I didn't deposit money on ragingbull, it was moved there.
Colette, is there a way for you to help me?
Thank you,
Mile
