hey yeah my account is in usd and made my withdrawal in aud.

Just never had that much lost b4 on a withdrawal b4. oh well not much I can really do about it.

"We see that the cashout for $500.00 is being processed after the conversion rate of .9434 had been applied.

Please keep in mind that the amount converted from USD to AUD is $497.00 as there is also a processing fee of $3.00 involved.

When converted, the balance to be processed comes to AUD 468.87 after the fee deduction is done from the requested withdrawal amount.

We appreciate your cooperation and regret any inconvenience this may have caused."

Thats there explanation anyway.

Cheers for your help

change your party account currency to AUD. that way you dont pay for the exchange fees in the future. you should check from party what rate they use when you convert your account though as there have been conflicting reports about the rates people get when doing so. in the long run it will pay off to switch it anyway

Unfortunately you can only have your currency as USD, EUR, GBP and CAD. Kind of tilting right there.

I'd withdraw in the currency your Party account is in. Party basically steals from you when you change currency on withdrawals. If you keep the withdrawal in the same currency as your account then your bank will be the one doing the conversion. Of course it then depends on your bank, but most provide very fair rates. I get within ~1% of the market rate from my bank. You could also open up a foreign currency account at your bank, withdraw to that and then convert it locally at wherever you can obtain the best rates.

Click the hand history number on the table, it's in the history (not the replayer).

Hey, cool idea but in the cashier it does not have the option to withdraw in USD. I might try the foreign currency account thing. cheers

Incompetent ******s. If you play with them you will notice they are bots 100%. They probably did not run any bot checks if they even have any.

Yup, got connection problems same exact time as you, was playing 55$ sng turbo, talked to live chat support since I obviously had internet.

Always funny to be unable to connect and having the page connection status popping up Server connection : Very good

So support emailed me after that :
It was checked with our technical team. Please note that the trace report does not show major issues with connection at the time it was taken, also you were able to connect and play after that normally.

However as at the time when you were disconnected there was no issue on our side, which I have confirmed with our technical team we will not be able to compensate you in any way.

Obviously I was able to connect after that, but like 15-20minutes, aka already blinded out and got hustled once again, hooray

I won`t complain about the way you deal cards - let`s take it as a downstreak

I noticed that some players have absolutely the same stats.
So I checked their profiles at PTR
And here is what i found out

Kalnynn 1,1КК hands -0,49 bb. vpip 16, pfr 11, сс4, call PFR 7, c-bet63, fold to c-bet — 52 (since jan2010)
BurlakovvV 1,4КК -0,42 бб. 16, 11, 4, 7, 66, 56(since jan2010)
Lovich123 1,2КК -0,53 16, 11, 4, 7, 63, 54(since jan2010)
czetkow 1,5КК -0,45 16, 10, 4, 8, 61, 51(since jan2010)

Nozdrinn 1,4КК 0,21 16 11 4, 7, 61, 49(since jan2010)

rodkevitch 1кк, 0,15bb vpip 16, pfr 12, сс4, call PFR7, c-bet 61, fold to c-bet — 49 (since jan2010)

Kyrevi4 1,3kk -0,17 16,12, 4, 7, 60, 49 (since nov 2010)

I mean - stats are not exactly the same, cause I don`t have many hands on them - more or but info from PTR is amazingly similar.

So I started to read up on it and found out a list of players at one pokerforum

here it is:
Grachhh 1,1kk hands, -0,26bb (since jan2010)

Kolnik 1,5kk hands, -1,21bb (since jan2010)

Fetzkoff 1,2kk hands, -0,14bb (since jan2010)

Morozkko 1,1kk hands, -0,17bb (since jan2010)

Sergienko3 1kk hands, -0,2bb (since jan2010)

Sneshkoy 1,1kk hands, 0,56bb (since jan2010)

Petrov_dm 1,2kk hands, 0,29bb (since jan2010)

Goskevich4 1,1kk hands, -0,25bb (since jan2010)

Nirkov007 1kk hands, 0,01bb (since jan2010)

Marknik 1,1kk hands, -0,18bb (since jan2010)

Ed4862 0,5kk hands, 0,51bb (since sep2010 — fresh one))

iPatov2010 1kk hands, 0,08bb (since jan2010)

KazakovXX 1,1kk hands, -0,46bb (since feb2010)

Shakir77 0,95kk hands, 0,12bb (since jan2010)

tartas 1,6kk hands, -0,75bb

As for me - it is quite obvious that they are bots - most of them are playing since jan 2010,
their nicknames are russian familynames a bit modified be adding extra letters or numbers at the end.
And what is more - they offten sit 3 of them at one time at one table - so - if they are bots or team, whatsoever - they can adjast probablities knowing each others hole cards.

I hope you would take it seriously.

Thank you.

created a list of bots 7 months ago as well, some of them are the same. That was my list, don't play party fr anymore since then:

sneshkoy 19.1.10

goskevich4 21.1.10

rodkevitch 20.1.10

shakir77 19.1.10

rigaserg 22.1.10

sergienko3 19.1.10

grachhhh 20.1.10

markinik 19.1.10

kazakovxx 18.2.10

the dates are the dates they started to play, they are all from Russia, they are all shortstacks and they all play the same style (ridiculous high passive defend from the blind, ridiculous high donk flop). 99% sure they are all the same bot.

Sincerely,

party is so dumb, unbelievable. Didn't have the first 5 names on my list, but just ptr'd them and what surprise...all created their account between 19.1. and 25.1.2010. Even that is evidence enough imho, at least 15 accounts created between one week from Russia, that end up playing millions of hands each within 2 years. Not to mention that the stats, strategy and wr are extremely similar.

to party rep guy,

so you can get either 15% rakeback at gold or 30% at platinum and nothing in between.

thats quite a jump, please include goldinum or platiold for 22.5% rakeback, thanks.
