Just found out hand history is found in "missions" part of the lobby, what a mess. Really who's designing this software?! Also cant copy HH text from there. So have to write support if i want to retrieve a lost hand history due to disconnection.

So not only is party making changes to make it better for the bots(and it's easily seen by the site having way more bots than before and way more bots than other sites)
Now you are reducing rakeback for lower volume type rakeback deals by not sending statistics to affiliates that use deal that arent based on rakerace.
So an other incentive for high volume bots.

I raised the issue that if I click "check/fold" while in the BB it doesn't auto-fold when anyone raises a while ago, but nothing was done of it. This is a pretty basic concept of fast fold poker, can you please fix it?

PartyPoker still has same old bug I reported months ago here. Occasionally, when you timeout in tournament table, hand is folded but no box from where to "sit back in" appears. Instead, you just are in sit-out with no possibility to sit back in at the table. Only way to sit back is to close the table and then open it again from lobby. It's also hard to notice, since only difference is to regular view is that there's no "auto-fold buttons" which I never use.

For example, one such hand was 1538994285 when I was folded KQs at BB when SB raised. I had timeouted in hand 15838976689 (many hands before first, I think that table may have changed in between as well but no help to problem).

This has costed me a lot of money, since multitabling you don't always notice it quickly. I don't expect you to be generous and actually refund me because of a bug you know is in your program and haven't fixed since unfortunately poker sites don't usually treat their customers as human beings and feel that poker sites carries any responsibilites.

(Last chapter not meant to target Colette, but those who are responsible for all the problems and responsible "not our fault that our program is full of bugs"-approach in customer relations).

my pp account is "temporarely blocked " for over 2 weeks.
have had to sent 2 emails to support to ask for clarifacation.

they've answered their security departtment is looking over the issue.

If i wouldnt have email them myself i would have had had no contact or email on their behave. Seen that i have sent only a day after i got temp blocked.

I am posting here to hopefully speed up and get the party rep's attention.

I have 20k euros on the site and the highest vip status.
I find i mindblowing that they deal with me in this manner when those amounts of money are on their site.

90 % of my action is in tourneys.

partypoker is really messing up with expiry times on these satellite tickets for the partypoker Million North America.. anyone else having the same issue? My issue is mainly with the $55 expiry time but in all cases - Why are satellite tickets expiring within a week when there are still months more of opportunity to use them?

Furthermore when you win multiple tickets you can't even see the expiry time for all of them, but only the nearest expiry date.

Contacted support about an this. What are the chances they reissue an expired ticket?

Feedback noted regarding ticket expiry display - will feedback to the relevant teams
Expiry dates are set to ensure tickets are used for the target games keeping the game flow healthy and the sats running and is unlikely to change
