Sorry to bring this up again, but I'm still only able to log in inconsistently at random times throughout the day. Support is taking 24+ hours to reply to my emails, so I'm hoping there a chance someone here can help me in the meantime. I'd like to resolve this problem soon so I can deposit my roll and start playing.

other things to note:
- No change when uninstalling third party firewalls and antivirus.
- Windows firewall is disabled.
- Ports 2147 and 443 have been forwarded through my router.
- I'm using a wired connection.
- No problems logging into stars, 888, or any games/apps/streaming on my PC.
