PP will never tell us who it was, what they did or any other details surrounding what was involved in the incidents, as per there policy not to.

I've received 2x different refunds recently due to 'cheaters' and i've learn't to just simply acknowledge the fact when notified and move on as, there's no point dwelling on details of something that you'll never have inside knowledge of.

I got a 12€ refund myself from PP.
I asked to know what the scammers where but they said they couldn't share
information like this.
I guess after all the hate comments they are actually trying to do smth
to make games fairer for the people.
Still not 100% satisfied by party though.
I want to know who scammed me.

I guess party has a long road to become the biggest site!

i remember many years ago i got a refund from fulltilt 2x 25 dollar- till today i dont know why!

i think Party do a lot in THAT area!

(i got few weeks ago 12 or 17 Cent or so)

Here's the newsflash about refunds... Sites don't want you to know who colluded against you because then you'd be able to verify for yourself if the amount is truly fair. So they make up a lie that divulging a made up screen name would break privacy laws.

Don't believe me... Find 2 colluders and email any site that you feel you've been cheated and they will reply with...

1) No they aren't cheating after thorough checking.

2) Yes players a and b are cheating and they are banned and here's your refund.

Answer b is directly violating those players privacy isn't it? If there were privacy concerns they wouldn't respond to your email and just give you money.

Remember as well that party gave out the colluder's SNs for the high stakes ring after a "management decision". So management decided to break data protection laws for this particular case? Worst part is the reps are only the messengers for this and probably believe it to be true.

I think Party have become extra tight-lipped however as they're in the process of buying coral bookmakers for a few billion.... last thing they want is the UKGC poking around. Previously support/reps would at least clarify what the refund was about - not anymore.

Exactly. So what everyone should continue to do is file a complaint with the UKGC and bring as much investigation as possible to look into the tournament stables, staking deals, refunds, lack of bot detection etc to ensure adequate standards are met. SectG is bang on. Party poker is not the only company to choose to go down the lack of transparency with cheating accounts. Pokerstars has done this many times citing breach of privacy. As Sect pointed out there have been direct breaches of this. It’s either a law or a policy projected to be a law and broken as seen fit. Sect u hit the nail with the hammer. These are sneaky people

I received $0.21 a few weeks ago. Pretty derisory payout for playing 50 & 100 NL FF exclusively for a couple of years and being gang banged by Eastern European bots every session.
My guess is they split confiscated funds across the whole played base in some way. An unfair way to do it as I myself must have lost $100s against cheating bots, as would many of the genuine players in the FF player pools. Can't say I'm surprised at this though given Party's apparent disregard for the seriousness of their bot problem.

I see that from next Monday (23.04) new MTT PLO tournaments will be introduced at 20:30 CEST. Will old MTT PLO tournaments also be available?
I'm talking about $ 5.5 and $ 22 tournaments starting at 18:30 and 22:30 CEST. Will these tournaments also be available from Monday?
I contacted the support partypoker (chat) They could not answer this question

Party bot detection is a such a big flipping joke. Everyone who works there should be fired yesterday. It's impossible to play without 2-4 eastern euro scum-accounts per 6m table today.

The automated response for how laggy the lobby is isnt good enough.Like some other guy said, this lag only has appeared since last mac update.The tech team need to do something asap about this, specially with your big series coming up.

What limits do you play?At NL200-500 it is also the same 'players' at every table.

on the promotion page it says it ends at the 22.4.

Happy Hour promo ended on the 22nd as per the promo page
The promo will not run in the coming week as we have the upcoming Monster and Powerfest series - both of which run new promotions

I don't believe it would ever run as a permanent promotion, however, I do think we will see a re-run in the future

Yes and the Happy hour promotion is mainly only for cash game players. Just like you don't get anything extra when playing cash games during the Powerfest promotion, MTT players mostly don't get anything when the happy hour promotion is running.

It's near impossible to get extra rake points during a specific hour of the day as an MTT player because, tournaments take hours to complete and you don't get points until you bust out, unlike cash games where your getting points each time you contribute to a pot and it's possible to get them every few seconds playing FF.

but it is possible for both camps to be happy if they run promotions for tourney and cash players the same time.
I dont envy any promos that they run for tournament players,the more the better.
