Anyone else having probs with the refer-a-friend promo?

I referred a friend and they have a new Win 10 PC but when they click on the emailed link in the refer-a-friend email the Web page they arrive at doesn't work. It's just dead with no active links and no way to download PartyPoker. They've tried both edge and chrome without luck.

Support seems to have no clue.

Anyone else seen this and happen to have an idea what browser setting or maybe Norton antivirus or something might be blocking things?

The powerplus leaderboards were created for cash players - all levels are covered and the promo runs August 28th - 10th Sept

There certainly will not be any further promos in September however possibly later in the year

I cant see this running weekly for poker however possibly ad hoc or monthly - I will suggest to the promotional team

She can download the software from the normal website link. She has not tried playing because she saw the bonus was wrong and the refer-a-friend link hadn't worked so she didn't want to proceed in case it violated some condition of the refer-a-friend promo.

is using partycaption still necessary after the partypoker bet slider? I use 888caption on 888 and its great. I basically use preset betting hotkey, postflop betting hotkey, never sit out. I also use autoregister sng on 888. But on partypoker i might not play any sng there and mostly mtt.


But i assume partycaption is still needed? Also is there an option to resume all tables that you are sitting out like on stars? Stars has this option that resumes all sitting out tables that has that arrow on it. I use to on it so i dont sit out but curious if this is available on party. I do not see this and if there is... I assume you have to manually click i'm back in every single table manually? I used my trial version a while back already.


Also with all the bot talking, are sngs safe from bots? For example they have double or nothing sng that are 10 max and 6 max. Can someone tell me if these games are bot fee? Or are these mostly cash game?

How long does it generally take to for you to (presumably) validate a user's ID after the necessary documents have been uploaded? Curious as it is not even possible to request a withdrawal before said verification is done.

Bet slider is not working for me. Buttons are grey and nothing happens when I click them. The post flop ones work. Any idea why this is? I am not the only one with this problem

Yeah, I haven't heard good things about bwin support so not sure they will forward your concerns to the relevant people. Maybe Colette could come up with an alternate way to handle it?

I believe those would be a great addition in promoting them, on top of the current good promotion already. Just a thought, cheers

Why was no email sent to me about the SNG Hero promo (whereas emails about ways to spend player points and the sportsbetting 'win a $5.50 ticket' promo have been coming weekly)?

It wasn't even mentioned by Colette in this thread, while she was readily posting info about MTT promos with cute Party-branded banners throughout last week.

So there are no plans to offer Pokerfest tickets for points? Is this an absolute fact?
