any update re: this party

I have just logged on to play my 1st 109 of the week. Wanted to accept the heavyweight mission that I managed to get wrong last week, and the mission has gone from my missions list. I had 4 events lined up to play. I registered for the first one anyway. Is there anyway I can get the mission back. You told me to contact support last week but they took 3 days to get back to me. I really need an answer before tomorrows event, as I wont be playing it if i can't get the mission accepted. Can I get the 1st event retro counted towards my mission if so.
Also from reading above, if I play the main even as one of my tournaments for the mission and it finishes after 12am Sunday, does it count towards the mission?

Im in similar situation as the guy above, i already had powerfest mission going, already played one event. Accepted another mission thus pausing the powerfest one, software said i can unpause powerfest one anytime. Now support claims i opted out from the powerfest mission. I never intended to cancel it. If i dont get the ticket after playing those 4 109$ tourneys it will be pure theft. I will snap cash out whole balance, close my party poker account.

Yeah, normally it seems like thats the case. When i started new mission i got the usual reassuring pop up message that my previous mission progress will be saved and i can resume it at any point. When i tried to resume it was nowhere to be found and support tells me now that i somehow "opted out of it". Im sure it has to do with the fact that they withdrew this promotion. But its a bug you cant resume it even tho you where opted in before. So people, if you have this mission going dont start any other missions or you will get in trouble like me. I planned to complete it before sunday and play the 500$ one on sunday, but i have a feeling party will screw me over with this one. Or it will take weeks to resolve with standard party support.

So uhhh if you're 3 tournaments deep into the mission does that mean you're not going to honour it when I play my fourth mtt? That's pretty terrible if this is the case. Hardly the consumers fault that you made such a risky decision to run this promotion.

I sold action to complete this weeks mission as I'm not really rolled for this weeks buy ins. After last weeks confusion over which tornaments you were meant to play, I'm more than a little put out over this promotion.

The mission ended on the 8th as planned
If you had opted in prior to the end date the mission will be active and once you have made the requirements the ticket will be awarded - play x4 powerfest heavyweight events - $109/$215 buy ins before the end of the week

The mission was removed from the client in full once the mission ended in error - for those who had already opted in you should still be able to view your progress in the mission tab - this is being worked on

There will be no further option to opt in to the mission
I have noted the communication of the end date was not clear to all and the feedback has been shared with our promotional team for review



This is a customer service issue - you will need to follow this up with them directly - sorry

For an event to count towards the mission requirements - opt in was required
IF you had opted in - you will receive the ticket once requirements are completed in full

Last night they stopped spawning again and in the morning there gonna be 0 nl50 tables. When last player leaves the table it gonna say sorry table closed for maintenance till all the tables disappear

Been same for days now.

I opted in but it was paused. It has disappeared from my client.

How can I make it an active mission? Should I contact customer service? Do I have to wait for them to reply, and make it reappear to make it active, before tournaments I play count towards the mission? Or can I play tournaments today and have it manually added to the progress of the mission?

Please contact CS - they will contact the relevant team and make a decision - however if you had opted in and you make the requirements I would assume you would be awarded the ticket - however its not my call - please contact CS and ask them for confirmation

If you had opted in before the mission ended and make the requirements the ticket for the mission will be awarded once you complete the requirements
It appears the mission status can not be updated without restarting the mission The CS team will be able to tell you if you have successfully
opted in

lost 100k tourny too

I got a connection lost message on my PowerFest table and then it dissapeared, all that while playing other Party MTTs without problems. Anyone having the same issue?

I am on with chat and he says it has been closed for settlement

all the other tournys are without stats aswell, so you cant see how many players are left

Party not working at all in bonny Scotland...

Edit - can log in now but no MTTs at all available. Cash seems to be running fine.
