You can also download another build from here.

Also you can to Google "OpenSSL 1.0.1g windows 32" and find another links.
Or you can download sources from official OpenSSL site and compile them (need C++ compiler).

Can the grinder bonus be run in conjunction with the 500 bonus from the 500k guarantee?

Not sure what you mean. You can certainly clear $500 bonus at the same time as earning points towards 2000/5000 points requirement. Once you've recieved $400/$1250 bonus, you must decide which one you want to clear.

Exactly .

Unless you play on WPT ....
Then you don't get a grinder bonus.

Why ? ..... Well I'd like to know why ...

$500 bonus takes 2500 points so it will have cleared before you'll get the grinder bonus and obv the points you have earned to clear the 500k gtd bonus will earn towards the grinder bonus goal.

What is the domain of that account management site for changing your screen name again?

It's separate from partypoker.com.

party_rep,

have below a few suggestions for the tournament schedule:

you currently have a 10 rebuy qualifier to the 200k gtd at 12:55pm EST, it only has a 1 seat gtd on it, about 2 months ago you used to have 2 that started at the same time, one had a 1 seat gtd and the other had a 3 seat gtd. you did the smart thing and removed one of them, but you left us with just the 1 seat gtd. the 3 seat gtd always got 4-6 seats in it, so please up the # of seats gtd, people will play it. just for reference you have another one at 17:00 EST with 4 seats gtd and it always gets 5-9 seats, so obviously these are popular.

also you should add a daily qualifier to the sunday $500 100k gtd, any time during prime time 12-5pm EST, something like a 20 rebuy 2 seat gtd to start, using same structure as the 10 rebuy to 200k gtd. you could even add a daily 'special' $100 qualifier to it, much like the special $50 to 200k gtd.
as it is right now the only time you have qualifiers for the $500 100k gtd is sunday morning before the tournament. you could generate so many more seats by have a daily sattelite or 2 throughout the week.

I wonder why Party people are such superincompetent people compared to e.g. Pokerstars

I guess the CEO & top management are just trying to make as much money of the site for THEMSELVES instead of being responsible to the shareholders and making actually a good product and making money for them...

Every obvious thing that they should do, if they had the competency of Pokerstars that they would do, either gets not done or just gets moved forward in the future

can we have a filter for the smiley face tables?

or will you add the filter when you'll remove them like you did with the 20bb tables?

You can find ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll files in Party folder, press Alt+Enter and see it:

PokerStars Proactive with Heartbleed Bug

Hopefully, Party's Director of Information Security or Party_Rep will issue a statement soon, like PokerStars did a month ago.

The majority of our services were not affected by Heartbleed, including our game servers which run on a non-OpenSSL SSL stack. There were a small subset of web services in one of our B2B subsidiaries that were affected by the weakness but this was addressed within a matter of hours of the vulnerability being published by patching the vulnerable servers and re-issuing all potentially affected certificates. We performed an extensive audit to ensure that all real money game play in our platform and gaming servers are not susceptible to attack by the Heartbleed vulnerability and our continuous monitoring has not detected attackers trying to use the vulnerability against our systems, however we remain vigilant and will contact any affected customers if needed.

Regarding the use of OpenSSL v1.0.1e, we evaluated the impact of the vulnerability on our client-side assets and, although the OpenSSL library version in use presents the Heartbleed vulnerability, we determined that there are additional controls in our client that make it impossible to exploit this weakness and target our players individually, specifically server and CA validations, so we did not issue an emergency patch. The library will be upgraded as part of our normal process in the next client upgrade cycle.

Thanks,
Paul

@Party_Rep: What a nice & quick reply! Why not keep the same quality of support for all the issues raised here? You certainly seem to be capable of it.

I just almost timed out, tried to save the hand (top pair on unopened flop) by clicking somewhere around the bet button. I hit fold (yeah bad aim, I only had like half a second).

It asked me " Do you really wanna fold? Checking is free. [Fold] [Check] "

I closed the window with the [X] button in order to bet.

The hand was folded.

lol.

Normal. You must hit check there.

It's not normal, just party style. Imo, you should be able to cancel that box and still be able to bet.

I don't agree with you Lessu. You had the chance to bet and you clicked fold, so why should you get the chance to bet? Giving you chance to check instead of folding is fair enough imo.

Why should one be able to boost his timebank this way?
[PartyPoker] Ex-Official thread Quote

Well, I don't think it's fair to say "you had the chance to do x". He said he tried to bet but misclicked, I'm sure we have all done that at least once.

I think it's fair that you are able to cancel the fold action completely if you misclicked, like you can on Stars. Haven't really needed that option so I don't know if you can abuse it to get more time but I can't see that being a huge problem...
