Yes, so you admit that you have to pay back the banks with the chargeback.
But the banks have already refunded the CC owners, wether you repay back the banks or not.
So don't say you have to seize money from players account in order to pay back the owners of stolen credit cards, it is innacurate. It's wrong anyway, we pay a lot of rake so that we can play in a safe environment, now we have to stop playing against big fishes to avoid being reversed freerolled?

Also, while the first regulars accounts were locked more than 2 weeks ago, the fish/scammer kept on playing until very recently. While let the hacker play when the problem was already identified?

Also, at least one fraudulent account managed to deposit more than 10K into the network. It seems acceptable to let the first 500€ or 750€ (standard CC limit) slip under the radar, but to let the next deposits go undisputed for weeks?

Very shady behaviour from your site.

Winamax, which is a decent room, faced the same problem one month ago.
They reacted against it in a different way. They didn't close any of the regulars account and didn't steal any money. That's why they are number one in the french market. Players trust this room.

I highly doubt the amount you seized matches exactly the winnings against fraudulent accounts because it seems Party doesn't know how to compute the real winnings and losings and is sizing money totally randomly
- most players who won against the fraudulent accounts got more money confiscated than they won
- players who lost against the fraudulent accounts didn't get any money back
- a few lucky accounts, slighty winners, got nothing confiscated
- Not a single player who is a net loser against fraudulent account got reimbursed
- Total money confiscated is well over 100K and the regs are evaluating the amount lost by the fish to be only about 50/60k. Seems like Party is a net winner on this scam. Well done

Still waiting on an answer RE this scenario:

Fraudulent Player deposits $10k

Fraudulent player plays 3 Heros A B and C heads up

Fraudulent player wins $2k from Hero A
Fraudulent player wins $2k from Hero B
Fraudulent player loses $14k vs Hero C

Party will then take back how much money from player C?
Party will then refund the $10k to the banks.
What happens to the $4k?

I still don't see how can poker room seize winnings from the innocent players?? It's their security department's responsibility to recognize fraud... It's just all wrong.^^

ofc; if they can prove there was some collusion or exceptionaly strange behaviour from other players, than ok, but I don't see anything like that has been said.
