Wonder why wires are going faster than skrill? Feel like I'm too far in to change it though.

From the most recent update to the lists of Merge withdrawals processed in the last 5 weeks, here are the average wait times:

Checks (n=84) reported processed and recorded with complete information: 91.44 days

Bankwire (n=11) + Skrill (n=4) reported processed and recorded with complete information: 61.33 days

A few notes:

These averages are slightly generous towards Merge in that if a withdrawal is reported processed but CIH is not reported, I'm giving Merge the benefit of the doubt and the benefit of a few days by just counting the days until processing. If CIH dates are reported, I'm counting the days until CIH. If the player updates that something went wrong, I'm simply not including the withdrawal in the calculation.

I had forgotten to remove the bankwire and skrill withdrawals that were processed more than 5 weeks ago from the list, but I caught this before calculating these averages. So these averages do reflect only withdrawals processed in the last 5 weeks.

WowLucky's withdrawal got recorded twice on accident, but I only calculated it once into the average.

Skrill is currently taking longer than Bankwire on average.

These averages are not necessarily my prediction for how long withdrawals will take if they are requested right now. They are estimates of how long withdrawals have been taking in general recently. This is a significant distinction because no withdrawals that are still pending are included in these calculations.

It is unfortunate to note that the average wait time for checks has stayed mostly the same throughout the last few updates. Also, the average wait time for Bankwires and Skrills have actually gone up. Some of this could be explained as "clearing up the old backlog," if the list of pending withdrawals had actually gotten much smaller. The only problem is that it hasn't gotten much smaller.

It's worth mentioning that I have received an update from ByronSiren that his check withdrawal from late March is still pending. I only say this because that update isn't in the forums, and I figure people should be made aware how old some of the oldest pending withdrawals really are.

I requested a check 1 week before you and your check came in before me. This isn't good I have bills I have to pay and need this check some time soon this sucks. This is just extra stress I don't need in my life, poker isn't really fun in the United States online. To many extra loop holes and such to go through now. I sent Carbon support an email on August 2nd and they haven't even responded back to me yet what the hell is going on?

There is a CS person you can speak to @ 1-800-632-6088 11-9 est. Just spoke with one.

And what exactly did they have to say/offer?

After I got my check after 3 months, I requested a 2nd $11 tournament ticket (had requested 1st after complaining near the 2 month wait mark). Did not mention in my last email to support@carbonpoker.ag that they had already provided me the first ticket, but they sent me the 2nd right away no questions. That almost makes up for the 3% withdrawal fee they still charged on the check.

sportsbook - 4k withdraw request via Skrill on the 5th of July - still pending..

before i began, let me say that the correct amount was taken out of my checking account.

so, anyway, i tried to deposit 50 onto carbon today via debit card and it was rejected. i had the wrong three digit ccv code or whatever. i tried again after looking at my debit card and it was rejected again. i contacted support who got it to go through. a few hours later i receive a fraud protection call from my bank saying that there was a transaction to a beauty store in a foreign country as well as a transaction for an escort service in another foreign country which they declined for me.

i honestly have no idea if this is well known or not but carbon is accepting deposits by charging them to affiliated, shady-ass companies. now my card is canceled, I'm awaiting a new one and i have to log in to like 7 of my auto-deduct billing accounts to close and update them. ****ers.

edit: im guessing that the problem occurred because i put down the wrong three digit code at the beginning. or not, i have no idea.

Last week I sent out emails to Carbon and Antigua about my 4 month check. Carbon sent back a response stating cash outs were within the 6 to 8 weeks. I received no compensation for my wait. Antigua sent me an email back a week later they would look into it.

Requested check on 4/28. Finally, had a message 8/6 where they offered me western union. I received the tracking code and sender's name yesterday, went to WU, they could't find the transaction ID provided. Checked online at WU, same thing. Contacted support, they responded with the same transfer details I had, so I sent them a screenshot of the online wu site showing it can't find it. Support says they're "looking into it". Total BS

Did you contact them after the payout was processed and ask for compensation? They should respond favorably...

Kahn - I contacted them after the check was processed several times and I got the same generic email about standard wait times.

Any idea what the average wait time is for ROW cashouts? Is skrill available?
