I would like to add that there is an advantage for the site to stall withdraws. While your withdraw is "pending" you cannot deposit into your account. They do however allow you to cancel your withdraw if you bust your account. You used to have VIP points that you could use to build it back up. They recently took this bonus away as well. There was no warning about this I might add. I am one of the many that am worried about the future of Merge.

+1 Couldn't of said it better, I stopped playing 99% of my action on carbon at the end of January/early February and focused on Bovada and WPN, so I walked with my actions not complaining about how badly Merge is managed. However this is my exact sentiment, even if they get back on track next week I'd never keep a roll over 3k plus there. I do believe I will see my money which is well over 10k but at this point it doesnt matter to me at all, I'm working on other sites and have been. This has been an eye opener and good lesson for me they have not entirely lost me as a customer but have lost 95% of the volume I used to put in and I won't ever go back, I do take part of the blame for not researching enough of this happening in the past however but if you search sportsbook.ag which takes a 2 second google search you'll find they have always had a D minus evaluation on payouts compared to 5 Dimes which has I believe is the top of the industry in payouts and light years more reputable. If Carbon is focused more on degen sports bettors and casino players thats their right for their business model vs the poker revenue however anyone who is more into sports betting and casino games with any research goes to any other site than sportsbook.ag/merge anyway.

Sigh this sucks was looking to put some of my bankroll on Carbon to get some more options for mtts, and they have nice mtts for US players and i always liked the software, but after reading the latest cashout disasters , im gonna wait till they clear this up, 2 months is not worth playing , there mtt traffic is probaly best for u.s players other than bovada but i simply dont like them for mtts. Guess ill be paying close attention to this thread.

Are there any other Merge skins which obv would have same player pool and same tournments with bettter payout options. are players only and sportsbook still part of the network?

What are other good options for US players besides playing on Carbon? I have tried bovada but don't care much for it. I apologize in advance for my ignorance but what is WPN?

I see Carbon's site now shows checks at 6-8 weeks and allow another 3-10 biz days after that depending on postal service in your area.

I dont understand y ppl cannot seperate between two different pointsnts. Merge is not lock and yes, cashout times suck. as I have stated before, I have a check since 2/13. am I pissed yes? Do I think ppl should deposit? If its money they dont need right away then sure. I have stopped playing on merge. I will be switching over to other sites. Thats just my decision for what I need. Does that mean I think that nerge isnt going to pay? No. When ppl say but other sites have gone down... just research murphys law. Merge has the best software, and is rlly rlly soft right now. This will be the telling week, I think the lack of some affiliates in this thread is telling, as far as I know most if not all have yet to be paid for April. Looks like a lot of cashouts should be coming this week as Feb 16th/17th seems to be a large amount of cashouts. The real problem I have is what % of the money that carbon should have is actually being cashed out, 5%,10%,20%? very uneasy for anyone with any amount on there right now.

This is inaccurate as Merge went 2.5 weeks without processing checks.. They have done about a weeks worth of cashouts in the last 2 weeks but that hardly closes the gap

How much total overlay, or loss did they take on these tournaments so far?

I think only about 1k on the big one 150k

Couple others... but this is still alarming.. especially when a 20k has an overlay.

BTW I am counting the fee's into this too.. EX: 150+15=165


I just hope we dont continue to see this.

Those overlays are not all that alarming after fees.

They may have had to eat about $3500 or so on both of those games which is made up through other means in no time.
