I cashed out 2-3 months ago for 650. I finally got the check and put it in my bank account. Fast forward 1-2 months later, and my bank just took it back out of my account saying that in the end the check was no good?!?!? So imagine my surprise to know my bank account was 650 lighter after Christmas. I am so pissed right now. This was with Carbon Poker. They can take my money in two seconds, but it takes me 6 months to realize I got Fked over by this company. Great. I guess lesson learned.

There is no guaranteed way to "get" it. I deposited via cash transfer, got my account verified, and then noticed that it was available. If you read the forum you will see that it is unknown what exactly determines who is eligible, other than that you likely had to have deposited via cash transfer as a prerequisite. It is not a guarantee, however, as some posters have reported that they get it, and others don't. You might try requesting a check and then asking a CS rep via chat to switch it to a cash transfer (at least one poster reported success with this). Who knows, if you are polite to them you might get lucky.

they had been pretty good for some time but they have def slowed up. I have a check that i requested a month ago and its still pending

how long are non u.s players waiting on payouts/checks? This waiting 5 weeks for a check is garbage. I asked support for another payout option and was told it's up to the manager and nothing can be done atm. Wtf how can you play 2/4-3-6 and only be able to get a payout every 5 weeks?On top of this you have to pay 3%...

When I joined in April 2011, it was stated 6-8 weeks for cashout. Didn't like it as I wasn't use to lengthy waits. Still don't care for it. But, guess what. It is what it is. And it's stated up front. Not like they hide it and it's a surprise. If you can't dance, don't bother coming to the dance in the first place. Or read up on the situation, so you don't have to complain about it later. Just sayin...
